This will help the people and also create employment opportunities in the state. He shared that the state has scaled new heights of development and that in the last decade the Government had constructed 16 lakh houses and is building 6 lakh additional houses. In addition, the Government has also given plots to the poor.

The Chief Minister spoke about the decision to raise the limit of developmental work that can be undertaken by Gram Panchayats from Rs. 2 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh and stated that the Government also decided to give an allowance of Rs. 10,000 to Sarpanchs so that they can carry out their duties in the village.
