کابینہ نے مہاراشٹر اور گجرات ریاستوں کے چار اضلاع کا احاطہ کرنے والے دو ملٹی ٹریکنگ پروجیکٹوں کو منظوری دی ، جس سے بھارتی ریلوے کے موجودہ نیٹ ورک میں تقریبا ً224 کلومیٹر کا اضافہ ہوگا

 وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی کی صدارت میں اقتصادی امور کی کابینہ کمیٹی نے آج ریلوے کی وزارت کے دو پروجیکٹوں کو منظوری دے دی ہے ، جن کی کل لاگت   تقریباً 2781   کروڑ  روپے   ہے ۔ ان منصوبوں میں شامل ہیں:

  1. دیو بھومی دواریکا (اوکھا) - کنالوس ڈبلنگ- 141 کلومیٹر
  2. بدلاپور-  کرجت   ، تیسری اور چوتھی لائن- 32  کلو میٹر

ریل لائن کی بڑھتی ہوئی صلاحیت  ، نقل و حرکت میں نمایاں اضافہ کرے گی ، جس کے نتیجے میں  بھارتی ریلوے کے لیے آپریشنل کارکردگی اور خدمات میں  اعتماد سازی پیدا ہو گی اور بہتری آئے گی ۔  ان  مجوزہ ملٹی ٹریکنگ  اقدامات سے آمد و رفت کو ہموار کرنے اور بھیڑ  بھاڑ  کو کم کرنے  میں مدد ملے گی ۔ یہ پروجیکٹ  ، وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی  جی کے نئے  بھارت کے  نظریے کے مطابق ہیں   ، جو علاقے میں جامع ترقی کے ذریعے خطے کے لوگوں کو  ’’ آتم نربھر ‘‘  بنائے گا  ، جس سے ان کے روزگار/خود روزگار کے مواقع میں اضافہ ہوگا ۔

ان پروجیکٹوں کی منصوبہ بندی پی ایم-گتی شکتی نیشنل ماسٹر پلان پر کی گئی ہے  ، جس میں مربوط منصوبہ بندی اور  متعلقہ فریقوں کی مشاورت کے ذریعے ملٹی ماڈل کنکٹیویٹی اور لاجسٹک کارکردگی کو بڑھانے پر توجہ دی گئی ہے ۔ یہ  منصوبے لوگوں ، اشیاء  اور خدمات کی نقل و حرکت کے لیے ہموار رابطہ فراہم کریں گے ۔

مہاراشٹر اور گجرات ریاستوں کے 4 اضلاع کا احاطہ کرنے والے ان دو پروجیکٹوں سے  بھارتی ریلوے کے موجودہ نیٹ ورک میں تقریباً  224 کلومیٹر کا اضافہ ہوگا ۔

منظور شدہ ملٹی ٹریکنگ پروجیکٹ  ، تقریبا ً   585 گاؤں ، جن کی آبادی تقریبا 32 لاکھ ہے ، میں رابطے کو بڑھائے گا  ۔

کنالوس سے اوکھا (دیو بھومی دواریکا) تک دوگنا کرنے کی منظوری سے دوارکادھیش مندر تک بہتر رابطہ فراہم ہوگا  ، جس سے اہم  تیرتھ استھان تک رسائی میں آسانی ہوگی اور سوراشٹر خطے کی ہمہ جہت ترقی ہوگی ۔

بدلاپور- کرجت   سیکشن ممبئی کے مضافاتی کاریڈور کا حصہ ہے ۔ تیسری اور چوتھی لائن پروجیکٹ ممبئی کے مضافاتی علاقے میں رابطے کو بہتر بنائے گی اور جنوبی  ہند کو رابطہ فراہم کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ مسافروں کے مستقبل  کی ضروریات  کی تکمیل  کی راہ ہموار کرے گی ۔

یہ کوئلہ ، نمک ، کنٹینر ، سیمنٹ ، پی او ایل وغیرہ جیسی اشیاء کی نقل و حمل کے لیے ایک ضروری راستہ ہے ۔ صلاحیت میں اضافے کے کاموں کے نتیجے میں 18 ایم ٹی پی اے (ملین ٹن فی سال) کی اضافی مال برداری ہوگی   ۔  ریلوے  کے موافق ماحول اور توانائی سے موثر نقل و حمل کا ذریعہ ہونے کی وجہ سے بہتر آب و ہوا کے اہداف کو حاصل کرنے اور ملک کی لاجسٹک لاگت کو کم کرنے ، تیل کی درآمد کو کم کرنے (3 کروڑ لیٹر) اور کاربن ڈائی آکسائیڈ کے اخراج کو کم کرنے (16 کروڑ کلوگرام) دونوں میں مدد ملے گی  ، جو  64  ( چونسٹھ  )  لاکھ درخت لگانے کے برابر ہے ۔

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a massive public gathering in Dum Dum, West Bengal, delivering a high-energy speech that resonated strongly with the people of Bengal. He congratulated the citizens for the visible wave of change and asserted that the first phase of polling had already signaled a decisive shift in the state’s political landscape.

Opening his remarks, the PM said, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the people of Bengal. The wave of change that had been building for a long time has now been stamped by the first phase of voting. The support seen for BJP has sounded the bugle of victory.”

He sharply criticized the ruling party, stating that democracy had been undermined in the state. “In the Bengal where TMC crushed the temple of democracy and weakened it with authoritarianism, the people have begun rebuilding that temple through their vote. Now, in the next phase, you must hoist the flag of victory on it,” he said.

Highlighting the public mood, PM Modi remarked that there was a growing call for change across the state. “Today, one voice echoes across Bengal - ‘Poriborton dorkar, chai BJP shorkar!’” he declared, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.

Invoking the legacy of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, he framed the election as a new movement for freedom from multiple challenges. “This is a moment of a new revolution in Bengal. With your single vote, we will secure freedom- freedom from fear, corruption, syndicates, atrocities on women, forced migration, unemployment and infiltration,” he added.

The PM also focused extensively on women’s empowerment and safety. “I have come here to assure every daughter of Bengal, BJP will not let your dreams be crushed. After May 4, every case of injustice will be opened. This is Modi’s guarantee,” he asserted.

Contrasting governance models, he reiterated, “TMC is anti-women, while BJP believes in women-led development. We are committed to providing safety, dignity and prosperity to every woman.” He outlined welfare measures including direct financial support, housing assistance, healthcare under Ayushman Bharat and schemes aimed at economic empowerment.

Addressing the middle class, PM Modi emphasized tax relief, affordable digital access and housing benefits. He noted that policy changes over the past decade had reduced financial burdens and improved quality of life. He urged voters to bring a ‘double-engine government’ to Bengal for accelerated development.

PM Modi also criticized the alleged ‘syndicate raj’ and lack of industrial growth under the current government. “Factories are shutting down, youth are migrating and opportunities are shrinking. This must change,” he said, urging people to vote for a government that prioritizes jobs and infrastructure.

Speaking specifically about Dum Dum, he highlighted civic issues such as outdated drainage systems, waterlogging and traffic congestion. “We do not want a makeshift Dum Dum; we want an engineered, modern Dum Dum. Only BJP can deliver that with a vision for the future,” he said.

Concluding his speech, PM Modi called upon voters to ensure BJP’s victory in the upcoming phase. “You must send BJP candidates to the assembly and form a BJP government here. When PM and CM work together, development will happen day and night,” he said, ending on a note of strong optimism and determination.
