At the invitation of Norwegian PM Jonas Gahr Støre, PM Modi paid a visit to Norway. He called on Their Majesties King Harald V and Queen Sonja and held talks with PM Støre. The PM was conferred the ‘Grand Cross of the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit’. He also jointly inaugurated the India-Norway Business and Research Summit and participated in the 3rd India-Nordic Summit in Oslo.
