కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని విమర్శిస్తూ, "ఎన్నికల సందర్భంగా, ప్రతి పార్టీలు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నప్పటికీ, హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్లో కాంగ్రెస్ ఇప్పటికే వెనుదిరిగింది. దేశంలోని ప్రజలు తమ కర్నామాల కారణంగా కాంగ్రెస్ నుండి తమకు తాము దూరం జరుగుతున్నారు.” అని ప్రధాని మోదీ పేర్కొన్నారు.
పదేళ్ల యూపిఎ హయాంలో మనము స్కామ్లు, అవినీతి గురించి మాత్రమే విన్నాము. కానీ ఇప్పుడు రోజులు మారాయి, అని ఆయన అన్నారు.
"ఒక్క సీనియర్ కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు కూడా ప్రచారానికి రాలేదు. వారు ఇప్పటికే విధికి వదిలిపెట్టి క్షేత్రాన్ని వదిలేశారు." అని కూడా అన్నారు. హిమాచల్ ప్రజల హృదయాల్లో కోపం ఉందని, పోలింగ్ రోజున కాంగ్రెస్ తన పాపాల ఫలితాలను పొందనుందని ప్రధాని అన్నారు.
భారతదేశం వేసే ప్రతీ అడుగును ప్రపంచం గమనిస్తుందని ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ అన్నారు. 'దీనికి కేవలం మోదీ మాత్రమే కారణం కాదు, కాని 125 కోట్ల మంది భారతీయులు అతనిని వెనుక నిలబడి ఉన్నారు' అని ప్రధాని అన్నారు.
భారత సైన్యం గురించి మాట్లాడుతూ, హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్ ఒక 'వీరభూమి' అని, దేశాన్ని కాపాడుతున్న మన జవాన్ల పట్ల ఎంతో గర్విస్తున్నాను అని ప్రధాని వెల్లడించారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో, ప్రధాని మోదీ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన విద్యుత్ డ్రైవ్ గురించి మాట్లాడి, స్వాతంత్ర్యం వచ్చిన తర్వాత కూడా 18,000 కి పైగా గ్రామాలకు విద్యుత్ లేదని,అటువంటి గ్రామాలకు విద్యుత్ అందించే కార్యక్రమం చేపట్టామని అన్నారు.
అంతేకాకుండా, ముద్రా యోజన యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యతను ప్రధానమంత్రి వివరించారు, మరియు మేము దేశవ్యాప్తంగా వృద్ధి చెందుతున్న వ్యవస్థాపకులను సాధికారమిస్తున్నామని అన్నారు. అతను ప్రధానమంత్రి సౌభాగ్య యోజన ప్రయోజనాల గురించి కూడా మాట్లాడారు.
