ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଦୁଇଟି ଜନସଭାକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କଲେ । ପ୍ରଥମ ଜନସଭା କାଙ୍ଗଡା ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ରେତ ଏବଂ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟଟି ମଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ସୁନ୍ଦରନଗରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଜେପିକୁ ନିଜର ଉତ୍ସାହୀ ସମର୍ଥନ ପାଇଁ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତ କଲେ ।
ବିଶାଳ ଜନସଭାକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରିବା ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ଯେ ,ଏହି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ନା କେବଳ ସରକାର ଗଠନ ପାଇଁ ବରଂ 'ଭବ୍ୟ' ଏବଂ 'ଦିବ୍ୟ' ହିମାଚଳର ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ।
କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସରକାର ଉପରେ ଗର୍ଜିଲେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ,କହିଲେ ,'' ଯେତେବେଳେ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଆସେ ,ତୋ ସବୁ ଦଳ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଦିଅନ୍ତି ,କିନ୍ତୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ନିଜକୁ ଆଗରୁ ହିଁ ସମର୍ଥନ ରହିଛି ବୋଲି ବିଚାର କରେ । ଦେଶବ୍ୟାପୀ ଲୋକେ 'କାରନାମାଗୁଡିକ' ର କାରଣରୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସକୁ ନିଜଠାରୁ ଅଲଗା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।
ୟୁପିଏର 10 ବର୍ଷ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳରେ ,ଆମେ କେବଳ ଘୋଟଲା ଏବଂ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାର ବିଷୟରେ ଶୁଣିଛୁ । ସେ ପୁଣି କହିଲେ ,କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଜି କଥାଟା ବଦଳି ଯାଇଛି ।
ସେ କହିଲେ ,କୌଣସି ବରିଷ୍ଠ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ନେତା ଏଠାରେ ଅଭିଯାନରେ ଆସିନଥିଲେ । ସେମାନେ ଆଗରୁ ହିଁ ଅଂଚଳକୁ ଛାଡିଦେଇଥିଲେ ।'' ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ଯେ ହିମାଚଳର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟରେ କ୍ରୋଧ ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ମତଦାନ ଦିନ ,ଯାହା କଂଗ୍ରେସ ତାହାର ପାପର ଫଳ ପାଇବ ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ଯେ ଦୁନିଆ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ ପାହାଚରେ ଭାରତର ଧ୍ୟାନ ରଖିଆସିଛି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ,''ମୋଦୀ ଏଥିପାଇଁ କାରଣ ନୁହନ୍ତି ,କିନ୍ତୁ 125 କୋଟି ଭାରତୀୟ ତାଙ୍କ ପଛରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।
ଭାରତୀୟ ସେନାଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଯେ ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ 'ବୀର ଭୂମି' ଏବଂ ଆମକୁ ଏହି ଦେଶର ଆମର ଯବାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉପରେ ଗର୍ବ ଅନୁଭବ ହେଉଛି ,ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଦେଶର ରକ୍ଷା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।
ଏହି ଜନସଭାରେ,ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଜୁଳି ଅଭିଯାନ ବିଷୟରେ କହିଲେ ଯେ ସ୍ୱାଧୀନତା ପରେ 18,000 ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଗ୍ରାମରେ ବିଜୁଳି ନଥିଲା ,ଆମେ ମିଶନ ମୋଡରେ ସେହି ଗ୍ରାମଗୁଡିକର ବିଦ୍ୟୁତିକରଣର ପାଇଁ ଆଗେଇଆସିଲୁ ।
ସାଥିରେ ,ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ମୁଦ୍ରା ଯୋଜନାର ମହତ୍ୱ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଆମେ ପୁରା ଦେଶରେ ଆବିର୍ଭୁତ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ସଶକ୍ତ କରୁଛୁ । ସେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ ଯୋଜନାର ଲାଭ ବିଷୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଥିଲେ ।
ଏହି ଜନସଭାରେ ଅନେକ ଦଳୀୟ ନେତା ଏବଂ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ।
