కేంద్రం సహకార ఫెడరలిజంపై నమ్మకంతో ఉందని, బిజెపి అధికారంలో లేని రాష్ట్రాలపై వివక్ష లేదని ప్రధాని పేర్కొన్నారు. "మేము మన దేశం యొక్క సమగ్రాభివృద్ధికి కట్టుబడి ఉన్నాము",అని ప్రధాన మంత్రి అన్నారు.
