ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ‌ న‌రేంద్ర మోదీ వివిధ సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప‌థ‌కాలకు చెందినటువంటి దేశ వ్యాప్త లబ్ధిదారుల‌తో ఈ రోజు వీడియో కాన్ఫ‌రెన్స్ మాధ్య‌మం ద్వారా సంభాషించారు. నాలుగు ప్ర‌ధాన సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప‌థ‌కాలైన అట‌ల్ బీమా యోజ‌న‌, ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి జీవ‌న్ జ్యోతి యోజ‌న‌, ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి సుర‌క్ష బీమా యోజ‌న‌, ఇంకా వ‌య వంద‌న యోజ‌న‌ లు ఈ ముఖాముఖి సమావేశం లో చోటుచేసుకొన్నాయి. ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి వివిధ ప్ర‌భుత్వ ప‌థ‌కాల ల‌బ్ధిదారుల‌తో వీడియో కాన్ఫ‌రెన్స్ మాధ్య‌మం ద్వారా జ‌రుపుతున్న ముఖాముఖి స‌మావేశాల ప‌రంప‌ర‌లో ఇది ఎనిమిదో ముఖాముఖి స‌మావేశం.

ప్ర‌తికూల ప‌రిస్థితుల‌కు ఎదురొడ్డి నిల‌చి మ‌రింత బ‌లాన్ని సంతరించుకొన్న వారితో సంభాషించ‌డం పట్ల ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ న‌రేంద్ర మోదీ హర్షాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప‌థ‌కాలు ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు సాధికార‌త‌ను అందిస్తాయ‌న్నారు. ప్ర‌స్తుత ప్ర‌భుత్వం యొక్క ఈ సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప‌థ‌కాలు ప్ర‌జ‌లకు జీవితం లోని అనిశ్చితుల‌ను స‌మ‌ర్ధంగా ఎదుర్కోవ‌డం లో దోహ‌దప‌డ‌డ‌మే కాకుండా కుటుంబం ఆర్థికంగా క్లిష్ట ప‌రిస్థితుల‌పై పైచేయి ని సాధించ‌డంలో వారికి తోడ్పాటు ను కూడా అందిస్తాయ‌ని ఆయ‌న పేర్కొన్నారు.

పేద‌లు మ‌రియు ప్రధాన స్రవంతికి ఆవల ఉంచబడిన వ‌ర్గాల వారికి ఆర్థిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ను క‌ల్పించ‌డం కోసం ప్ర‌భుత్వం తీసుకొంటున్న వివిధ చ‌ర్య‌ల‌ను గురించి ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి ప్ర‌స్తావించారు. ఈ చర్యలలో పేద‌ల‌కు బ్యాంకుల త‌లుపుల‌ను తెర‌వ‌డం – తద్వారా బ్యాంకింగ్ వ్య‌వ‌స్థ కు ఆవ‌ల ఉంటున్న వారి చెంతకు బ్యాంకింగ్ స‌దుపాయాన్ని చేర్చడం; చిన్న వ్యాపార సంస్థ‌ల‌కు మ‌రియు వ‌ర్ధ‌మాన న‌వ పారిశ్రామికుల‌కు మూలధ‌నాన్ని చేరువ‌గా తీసుకురావ‌డం – నిధులకు నోచుకోని వర్గాలకు నిధులను ఇవ్వడం; పేద‌లకు మ‌రియు అణ‌గారిన వ‌ర్గాల వారికి సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త‌ కవచాన్ని ఇవ్వడం – భద్రత లోపించినటువంటి వారికి ఆర్థిక భద్రతను కల్పించడం వంటివి భాగంగా ఉన్నాయి.

ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి ల‌బ్దిదారుల‌తో మాట్లాడిన క్రమంలో 2014-2017 సంవత్సరాల మ‌ధ్య మొత్తం 28 కోట్ల ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి జ‌న్ ధ‌న్ యోజన బ్యాంకు ఖాతా లు తెరవబడ్డాయని, ప్ర‌పంచంలో తెర‌వ‌బ‌డిన మొత్తం బ్యాంకు ఖాతా ల‌లో ఇది దాదాపు 55 శాతం అని వివ‌రించారు. భార‌త‌దేశం లో ప్ర‌స్తుతం మ‌రింత ఎక్కువ మంది మ‌హిళ‌లు బ్యాంకు ఖాతా ల‌ను క‌లిగి ఉండ‌టం పట్ల మరియు 2014వ సంవ‌త్స‌రంలో 53 శాతంగా ఉన్న‌టువంటి బ్యాంకు ఖాతా ల సంఖ్య ప్ర‌స్తుతం 80 శాతానికి చేరుకోవడం ప‌ట్ల కూడా ఆయ‌న హ‌ర్షం వెలిబుచ్చారు.

ప్ర‌జ‌లు ఎదుర్కొనే ప్ర‌తికూల ప‌రిస్థితుల‌ను అడిగి తెలుసుకొన్న ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి, ఒక వ్య‌క్తి ప్రాణాల‌ను ఎన్న‌టికీ తిరిగి తీసుకు రాలేక‌ పోయిన‌ప్ప‌టికీ బాధిత కుటుంబానికి ఆర్థికంగా భ‌ద్ర‌త‌ ను ప్ర‌సాదించేందుకు ప్ర‌భుత్వం స‌దా పాటు ప‌డుతున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ‘ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి జీవ‌న్ జ్యోతి యోజ‌న’ లో భాగంగా దాదాపు 300 రూపాయ‌ల అతి త‌క్కువ ప్రీమియ‌మ్ ను చెల్లించడం ద్వారా 5 కోట్ల మందికి పైగా ప్ర‌జ‌లు ప్ర‌యోజ‌నం పొందార‌ని ఆయ‌న అన్నారు.

ప్ర‌మాద బీమా ర‌క్ష‌ణ ప‌థ‌కం అయిన‌టువంటి ‘ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి సుర‌క్ష బీమా యోజ‌న‌’ ను గురించి ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి చెబుతూ, ఈ ప‌థ‌కాన్ని 13 కోట్ల మందికి పైగా ప్ర‌జ‌లు వినియోగించుకున్నార‌న్నారు. ‘ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి సుర‌క్ష బీమా యోజ‌న’ లో భాగంగా ప్ర‌జ‌లు ఏడాదికి కేవ‌లం 12 రూపాయ‌ల ప్రీమియ‌మ్ ను చెల్లించడం ద్వారా 2 ల‌క్ష‌ల రూపాయల వ‌ర‌కు ప్ర‌మాద బీమా ర‌క్ష‌ణ ను క్లెయిమ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

వ‌య‌స్సు మీరిన వారి పట్ల, వార్ధ‌క్యంలో ఉన్న‌వారి ప‌ట్ల ప్ర‌భుత్వం తీసుకొంటున్న శ్ర‌ద్ధ తాలూకు వివిధ కార్య‌క్ర‌మాల‌ను గురించి ముఖాముఖి లో భాగంగా ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి ఏక‌రువు పెట్టారు. గ‌త సంవ‌త్స‌రం లో ప్రారంభించిన ‘వ‌య వంద‌న యోజ‌న ప‌థ‌కం’ లో భాగంగా సుమారు 3 ల‌క్ష‌ల మంది వ‌యో వృద్ధులు ల‌బ్ది ని పొందార‌ని ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఈ ప‌థ‌కంలో 60 సంవ‌త్స‌రాల వ‌య‌స్సు మించిన పౌరులు 10 సంవ‌త్స‌రాల‌పాటు 8 శాతం స్థిర ప్ర‌తిఫ‌లాన్ని పొందారని ఆయన వివరించారు. దీనికి తోడు సీనియ‌ర్ సిటిజ‌న్ లకు ఆదాయ‌పు ప‌న్ను మూల ప‌రిమితి ని 2.5 ల‌క్ష‌ల రూపాయ‌ల నుండి 3 ల‌క్ష‌ల రూపాయ‌ల‌కు ప్ర‌భుత్వం పెంచింది. వ‌య‌స్సు మీరిన వారి శ్రేయం కోసం ప్ర‌భుత్వం కంక‌ణం క‌ట్టుకొంద‌ని ఆయ‌న స్ప‌ష్టం చేశారు.

అంద‌రికీ సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త కవచాన్ని అందించ‌డం కోసం ప్ర‌భుత్వం నిబ‌ద్ధురాలై ఉన్నట్లు ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి స్ప‌ష్టం చేస్తూ, 20 కోట్ల మందికి పైగా ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌ను మూడు ప్ర‌ధాన సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప‌థ‌కాలైన ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి సుర‌క్ష బీమా యోజ‌న‌, ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి జీవ‌న్ జ్యోతి యోజ‌న‌, ఇంకా అట‌ల్ పెన్ష‌న్ యోజ‌న‌ ల ఛత్రం కింద‌కు తీసుకొని వ‌చ్చిన‌ట్లు తెలిపారు. పౌరులంద‌రి- మ‌రీ ముఖ్యంగా- పేద‌లు మ‌రియు అణ‌గారిన వ‌ర్గాల వారి సంక్షేమాన్ని దృష్టి లో ఉంచుకొని ప్ర‌భుత్వం ప్ర‌య‌త్నాల‌ను కొన‌సాగిస్తుంద‌ని, వారికి అత్యుత్త‌మ‌మైన మార్గంలో సాధికారిత ను క‌ల్పిస్తుందంటూ లబ్ధిదారులకు ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి హామీ ని కూడా ఇచ్చారు.

ల‌బ్దిదారులు ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రితో మాట్లాడుతూ, వివిధ సామాజిక భ‌ద్ర‌త ప‌థ‌కాలు తమకు ఆప‌త్కాలాలలో ఏ విధంగా చేయూత‌ను ఇచ్చాయో వివరించారు. ఆయ‌న ప్ర‌వేశ‌పెట్టిన వేరు వేరు ప‌థ‌కాలకు గాను వారు ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి కి ధ‌న్య‌వాదాలు కూడా తెలిపారు. ఆ ప‌థ‌కాల‌లో చాలా వ‌ర‌కు పథకాలు ఎంతో మంది జీవితాలలో మార్పు ను తీసుకు వ‌చ్చినట్లు వారు ఆయన తో చెప్పారు.

MoU between Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), Drydocks World (DDW) and Centre of Excellence in Maritime & Shipbuilding (CEMS) on Skill Development in Ship Repair

The tripartite agreement establishes a framework to mobilize, train and employ skilled maritime workforce. The MoU seeks to enhance capabilities of Indian maritime workforce and position India as a hub for skilled shipbuilding and ship repair professionals.

Term Sheet for setting up 8 Exaflop Super Computing Cluster in partnership between CDAC, India and G-42, UAE

 

Pave the way for collaboration between CDAC and G-42 to set up super computing cluster as part of AI Mission India.
