లోక్సభలో రాష్ట్రపతి ప్రసంగానికి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపే తీర్మానంపై ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ సమాధానమిస్తూ, ఒకప్పుడు భారతదేశ ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఒక్క కుటుంబానికే అంకితమైయ్యిందన్నారు. అత్యవసర పరిస్థితి విధింఛి లక్షల మంది ప్రజలను అరెస్టు చేశారని ఆయన లోక్ సభలో కాంగ్రెస్ పై దాడిచేశారు. జనశక్తి కారణంగానే పేద కుటుంబంలో జన్మించిన వ్యక్తి భారతదేశం యొక్క ప్రధాన మంత్రి కాగలిగాడు” అని ఆయన అన్నారు.
