பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி, தேசிய தாழ்த்தப்பட்டோர் / பழங்குடியினர் மையத்தை இன்று தொடங்கி வைத்தார். சிறு, குறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு குறையில்லா, பாதிப்பில்லா (ZED) திட்டத்தை லூதியானாவில் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். குறு, சிறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு (MSME-க்கள்) தேசிய விருதுகளையும் அவர் வழங்கினார் . பாரம்பரியமான மரத்தினாலான 500 ராட்டைகளை பெண்களுக்கு அவர் வழங்கினார்.
அப்போது பேசிய பிரதமர், லூதியானா முக்கியமான பொருளாதார மையமாக இருப்பதாகக் கூறினார். எனவே சிறு, குறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் தொடர்பான ஒரு திட்டத்தை அந்த நகரத்தில் தொடங்குவது இயல்பானது என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இந்தியாவில் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கு சிறு, குறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் துறையின் வளர்ச்சி முக்கியமானதாக உள்ளது என்று பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். சிறு, குறு மற்றும் நடுத்தர தொழில் நிறுவனங்கள் உலகளாவிய தரக் கட்டுப்பாட்டு நிலைகளை எட்ட வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
ராட்டைகள் வழங்குவது பற்றிப் பேசிய பிரதமர், நமக்கு காதி முன்னுரிமையான விஷயம் என்றும், ஒவ்வொரு வீட்டிலும் ஒரு ராட்டை இருப்பது அதிக வருமானத்தைக் கொண்டு வரும் என்றும் கூறினார். இப்போது காதி பொருட்கள் நல்ல முறையில் விற்பனை செய்யப்படுவதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். ஒரு காலத்தில் `நாட்டுக்காக காதி’ என்ற கோஷம் இருந்தது என குறிப்பிட்ட அவர், இப்போது அது `பேஷனுக்காக காதி’ என இருக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறினார்.
தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட சமூகத்தவரிடையே தொழில்முனைவோருக்கான ஊக்கம் ஏற்படுவது நமக்கு நன்மை பயக்கும் என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார். தொழில்நிறுவனங்களையும் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளையும் உருவாக்குவதையும் கனவாகக் கொண்ட இளைஞர்கள் இருப்பதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட சமூகத்தவரிடையே தொழில்முனைவோருக்கான ஊக்கம் ஏற்படுவது நமக்கு நன்மை பயக்கும் என்று பிரதமர் கூறினார். தொழில்நிறுவனங்களையும் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளையும் உருவாக்குவதையும் கனவாகக் கொண்ட இளைஞர்கள் இருப்பதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
