Amidst the ongoing election campaigning in Karnataka, PM Modi's rally spree continued as he addressed two mega public meetings today in Ballari and Tumakuru. In his first rally in Ballari, PM Modi said, “BJP's Sankalpa Patra contains a roadmap to make Karnataka the top state in the country but the Congress manifesto consists of numerous false promises and is a collection of appeasement measures.”

PM Modi condemned the Congress of creating false narratives using money and their ecosystem to mislead the public in order to win elections. He also mentioned that Congress has been conducting false surveys and praising themselves in previous elections. However, he noted that the people of Karnataka are supporting BJP, leaving Congress unsure of what lies to tell next. “And now even the Congress has started objecting to my chanting 'Jai Bajrang Bali'. The extent to which the Congress is going for appeasement, this country and the people of Karnataka are watching,” he further added.

Accusing the Congress of nurturing terrorism for the sake of their vote bank, PM Modi claimed that they have lost the courage to speak against it. He said that the society would be destroyed in an atmosphere of terror and warned people to be careful with Congress.

During the public meeting in Ballari, He also discussed the issue of terrorist conspiracies in Kerala and expressed concern over the destruction they can cause to society. He referred to a film called ‘The Kerala Story’ which is based on such conspiracies. PM Modi said, “'The Kerala Story' shows the ugly truth of terrorism and exposes terrorists' design. Congress is opposing the film made on terrorism and standing with terror tendencies. Congress has shielded terrorism for the vote bank.”

Also, PM Modi addressed a serious issue of thousands of Indians being stranded in Sudan due to the civil war, including hundreds from Karnataka and many from the Hakki-Pikki tribal community. “The situation was so severe that even big countries refused to evacuate their citizens from there. The Indian government deployed the entire Air Force and conducted Operation Kaveri with the blessings of Kaveri Amma to bring back Indians from difficult locations,” he said.

Slamming the Congress for doing politics during the time of crisis, PM Modi said, “Congress wanted something bad to happen to Indians in Sudan so they could take advantage of it in the Karnataka elections. It is our government, which rescued the brave Abhinandan from the clutches of Pakistan. It is our government, which brought our nurses trapped in Iraq safely to India. It is our government that brought Father Alex Premkumar, who was kidnapped in Afghanistan, safely to India. It is our government which brought out the stranded Indians during the Yemen crisis.”

Furthermore, PM Modi mentioned that the Indian government has successfully repatriated lakhs of Indians through the Vande Bharat Abhiyan during the COVID-19 pandemic and has also safely brought back thousands of students from Ukraine during the ongoing war. He also stated that the Congress party will face consequences for politicizing crises.

PM Modi lauded the BJP governments of Yediyurappa and Bommai, stating that they have been instrumental in propelling Karnataka towards the development it deserves. He further acknowledged the modern infrastructure developed in the state in recent years, which is contributing to its progress.

Addressing his second public meeting Tumakuru, PM Modi said, “The amount of work that has been done for the village and the poor, for the farmer and the youth in the last nine years, has not been done in the last seven decades. Congress and JD(S) have the track record of exploiting the rights and funds of villages. But, when the BJP is in government, the villages and the poor progress at a faster pace.” The Prime Minister emphasized that his government has focused on strengthening the rural economy to empower the common man and increase their economic power.

PM Modi hailed various development initiatives including PM Awas Yojana, Saubhagya Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Swamitva Yojana, just to name a few. He also commended the National Education Policy for prioritizing the use of Indian languages like Kannada and incorporating the feedback of thousands of people, including millions of citizens. He said, “Now the Congress has announced that it will stop this National Education Policy. Congress would prevent underprivileged children in Karnataka from pursuing medical or engineering careers in their native language.”

PM Modi said, “The establishment of the largest helicopter factory in Asia in Tumakuru is a testament to the BJP's double engine government. This achievement has put Tumakuru on the world map and was made possible by the government's focus on the Made in India system for the army.”

In a scathing attack on the Congress party, PM Modi iterated, “Congress party has always wanted to keep the country reliant on imports and allowing corruption to flourish in the defense sector.” He criticized the previous Congress government for allegedly taking commissions. “The defense sector has been a club where maternal uncles, uncles and relatives can loot the country together. They have ruined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), while the current BJP government has helped HAL break earning records. BJP is working to establish modern defense factories in India to strengthen the country's army, in contrast to the Congress' alleged lack of progress in this area,” he added.

Appealing to voters, PM Modi said that their vote will be the one that decides the future of Karnataka and to make the state No.1 in the country. “Everyone is saying today ‘Ee Baria Nirdhara, Bahumatda BJP Sarkara’,” he said. He appealed everyone in the state to make BJP victorious on May 10 in all the polling booths.

आज का दिन आंध्र प्रदेश के विकास के लिए, स्वर्ण आंध्र के विजन के लिए ये बहुत अहम है। मुझे आज बहुत शुभ अवसर पर, एक शुभ मास में उत्तर आंध्र की इस पवित्र भूमि पर आने का सौभाग्य मिला है। मैं सबसे पहले भगवान श्री वराह लक्ष्मी नरसिंह स्वामी के चरणों में प्रणाम करता हूं। मैं श्री-कूर्मनाथ स्वामी और मां पैडितल्ली अम्मवारु को नमन करता हूं।

साथियों,

आज यहां करीब Eighteen Thousand Crore Rupees की विकास परियोजनाओं का शुभारंभ, लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास हुआ है। एयरपोर्ट के साथ साथ ये प्रोजेक्ट्स आंध्र की रोड कनेक्टिविटी से भी जुड़े हैं। इनमें एनर्जी सिक्योरिटी से जुड़े प्रोजेक्ट्स भी हैं। ये विकास कार्य इस बात के प्रतीक हैं कि इस समय आंध्र किस स्पीड से आगे बढ़ रहा है। मैं आप सभी को इन प्रोजेक्ट्स की बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएं देता हूं।

साथियों,

आज का ये आयोजन नया इतिहास, नए record, इसे रचने का भी है। आज एक ओर विकास के नए रिकॉर्ड बन रहे हैं, तो साथ ही धीमसा डांस का सांस्कृतिक record भी रचा गया है, और ये चंद्रबाबू की विशेषता है कि उन्होंने दो क्षितिजों को छुआ है। एक तरफ ऊंची आसमान को छूने वाली व्यवस्था एयरपोर्ट का निर्माण और दूसरी तरफ मेरे यहां के आदिवासी बहनों के द्वारा धीमसा नृत्य का विश्व रिकॉर्ड बनाना, मैं चंद्रबाबू के इस विजन को विशेषरूप से सराहना करता हूं।

Thirteen Thousand से ज्यादा आदिवासी बहनों और बेटियों की प्रस्तुति, उनका उत्साह, उनका अनुशासन और आदिवासी संस्कृति का गौरव, ये दृश्य वाकई अद्भुत था। इसमें देश की विविधता की झलक भी थी और पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी सहेजकर रखी गई जनजातीय विरासत भी थी। मैं इस प्रस्तुति के लिए आप सभी का और विशेष रूप से मेरी आदिवासी बहनों और बेटियों का बहुत-बहुत अभिनंदन करता हूं।

साथियों,

ये धरती अल्लूरी सीताराम राजू की धरती है। अल्लूरी सीताराम राजू जी ने जिस धरती पर आदिवासी हितों के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित किया, आज उसी धरती पर आंध्र प्रदेश के एक नए एयरपोर्ट की शुरुआत हो रही है। ये एयरपोर्ट आंध्र और उत्तर आंध्र की ग्रोथ का रन-वे है। ये आंध्र के युवाओं के बेहतर भविष्य का लॉंन्च पैड है। मैं आंध्र प्रदेश के लोगों को, देश के लोगों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूं।

साथियों,

पहले जब एयरपोर्ट बनते थे, तो एयरपोर्ट के नाम एक ही परिवार के नाम पर चढ़ जाते थे, हमने इस परंपरा को बदला, हमने अयोध्या में एयरपोर्ट का नाम वाल्मीकि के नाम से जोड़ा, हमने पंजाब में संत रविदास जी के नाम से एयरपोर्ट का नाम जोड़ा।

और साथियों,

केंद्र की एनडीए सरकार ने ये निर्णय़ किया है कि इस नए एयरपोर्ट का नाम श्री अल्लूरी सीताराम राजू के नाम पर होगा। आंध्र प्रदेश का जो भी नागरिक, इस एयरपोर्ट से यात्रा करेगा, देश और दुनिया का जो भी नागरिक इस एयरपोर्ट से यात्रा करेगा, उसे अल्लूरी सीताराम राजू जी के नाम से जनसेवा और राष्ट्रसेवा की प्रेरणा मिलेगी।

साथियों,

बीते twelve years में देश के एविएशन सेक्टर ने असाधारण प्रगति की है। 2014 तक देश में केवल Seventy Four एयरपोर्ट ऑपरेशनल थे। आज ये संख्या One Hundred Sixty Six है। एक समय था जब हवाई उड़ानें सिर्फ बड़े शहरों तक सीमित थीं। NDA सरकार में आज छोटे शहरे के साधारण लोग भी फ्लाइट्स से आ-जा रहे हैं। Twelve years में सिर्फ एयरपोर्ट की संख्या ही नहीं बढ़ी है, हमारी उड़ान योजना के काऱण आज गरीब परिवार के लोगों को भी जहाज में बैठने का अवसर मिल रहा है। इस योजना ने गरीब से गरीब को अपना सपना पूरा करने में मदद की है। कुछ दिन पहले ही सरकार ने उड़ान योजना के दूसरे फेज की शुरुआत की है। इस पर भी Twenty Nine Thousand करोड़ रुपीज खर्च किए जाएंगे।

साथियों,

एविएशन सेक्टर में देश ने एक और बड़ा माइलस्टोन हासिल किया है। कुछ ही दिन पहले काशी में जिस स्पोक एयरपोर्ट मॉडल का शुभारंभ हुआ, आज वही मॉडल पंजाब के अमृतसर तक पहुँच गया है। इससे अमृतसर से Twenty Five से ज्यादा इंटरनेशनल डेस्टिनेशन जुड़ जाएंगे। मैं इस उपलब्धि के लिए आंध्र की इस धरती से पंजाब के लोगों को भी बधाई देता हूँ।

साथियों,

हमारे आंध्र प्रदेश के पास हमेशा से विकसित भारत का ग्रोथ इंजन बनने का सामर्थ्य रहा है। आंध्र प्रदेश के विकास के लिए हमारे प्रयास डबल इंजन की स्पीड से आगे बढ़ें, इसके लिए मैंने आंध्र के लोगों से डबल इंजन सरकार का आशीर्वाद मांगा था और आज चंद्रबाबू नायडू जी के नेतृत्व में, पवन कल्याण जी के नेतृत्व में NDA की पूरी टीम आंध्र प्रदेश के लिए डबल स्पीड से काम कर रही है।

साथियों,

आज देश ब्लू इकोनॉमी को लगातार मजबूत कर रहा है। हमारा विज़न है कि ये पूरा क्षेत्र कोस्टल इकोनॉमिक कॉरिडोर के रूप में विकसित हो, इसी लक्ष्य के साथ विशाखापट्टनम से कृष्णापट्टनम तक हमारे पुराने पोर्ट्स को आधुनिक रूप दिया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा मुलापेटा और रामायापट्टनम में हम नए पोर्ट्स भी बना रहे हैं।

साथियों,

पोर्ट डेवलपमेंट के साथ-साथ पूरे आंध्र में हाइवे और एक्सप्रेसवे का नेटवर्क तैयार हो रहा है। विशाखापट्टनम-रायपुर एक्सप्रेसवे जैसे प्रोजेक्ट इस पूरे क्षेत्र को रफ्तार दे रहे हैं।

साथियों,

ये पूरा रीजन देश के बड़े औद्योगिक केंद्रों से आसानी से जुड़े इसके लिए आज आंध्र प्रदेश में करीब one lakh crore रुपीज की रेलवे परियोजनाओं पर काम चल रहा है। राज्य के पूरे रेल नेटवर्क का electrification हो चुका है। यहां Seventy से ज्यादा रेलवे स्टेशनों को भी आधुनिक बनाया जा रहा है।

साथियों,

आज इस क्षेत्र के विकास में पीएम गति शक्ति नेशनल मास्टर प्लान भी बड़ी भूमिका निभा रहा है। पीएम गति शक्ति के माध्यम से इस पूरे क्षेत्र में रेल, पोर्ट और एयरपोर्ट को एक साथ जोड़ा जा रहा है। जब यहां ये आधुनिक लॉजिस्टिक्स नेटवर्क तैयार हो जाएगा, तो उद्योगों को बेहतर कनेक्टिविटी मिलेगी, किसानों को फायदा होगा और Ease of Doing Business भी बढ़ेगा।

साथियों,

आंध्र प्रदेश हमेशा भविष्य की सोच रखने वाला प्रदेश रहा है। सॉफ्टवेयर, IT और टेक सेक्टर में आंध्र के युवाओं ने पूरी दुनिया में अपना डंका बजाया है। और इसीलिए, सरकार यहां के टैलेंट को, आंध्र प्रदेश की डेवलपमेंट पावर से जोड़ना चाहती है। हमारे टैलेंटेड युवाओं की प्रतिभा का लाभ आंध्र प्रदेश और देश को ज्यादा से ज्यादा मिले, ये बहुत आवश्यक है। इसके लिए हमारा फोकस अब सेमीकंडक्टर जैसी futuristic टेक इंडस्ट्री पर है। विशाखापट्टनम में नए सेमीकंडक्टर प्लांट का शिलान्यास, इसी दिशा में एक बहुत बड़ा कदम है। चंद्रबाबू के नेतृत्व में हमारा आंध्र अब सॉफ्टवेयर के साथ-साथ manufacturing का भी हब बनेगा। इससे आंध्र में futuristic jobs तैयार होगी, टेक इंडस्ट्रीज़ के लिए नया वातावरण तैयार होगा।

साथियों,

वर्ल्ड इकोनॉमी में कहीं भी, किसी भी ग्रोथ सेंटर का निर्माण सिर्फ एक फैक्ट्री से नहीं हो सकता, उसके लिए एक पूरे इकोसिस्टम की जरूरत होती है। आज आंध्र प्रदेश में हम ग्रोथ का वही इकोसिस्टम तैयार कर रहे हैं। चंद्रबाबू नायडू जी व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर दिन-रात मेहनत करते हैं। इसी का परिणाम है, आज दुनिया की कई बड़ी-बड़ी कंपनियां यहाँ निवेश करने के लिए आना चाहती हैं।

साथियों,

यहां सेमीकंडक्टर के साथ-साथ AI इन्फ्रा और डेटा सेंटर पर भी काम हो रहा है। Google ने भी यहां Fifteen Billion Dollars के AI और क्लाउड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कैंपस की घोषणा की है। और भी कई ग्लोबल कंपनीज यहां नई संभावनाएं देख रही हैं। इसका बहुत बड़ा फायदा आंध्र प्रदेश के साथ-साथ देश के Youth को हो रहा है।

साथियों,

आंध्र की इंडस्ट्रियल ग्रोथ स्टोरी केवल डिजिटल टेक तक ही सीमित नहीं है। नक्कापल्ली में केंद्र सरकार बड़े फार्मा पार्क के लिए भी सहयोग दे रही है। इससे आंध्र प्रदेश, देश के एक बड़े फार्मा हब के रूप में भी विकसित होगा। ग्रीन एनर्जी की फील्ड में भी अकेले रायलसीमा क्षेत्र में Five Lakh Crore Rupees से ज्यादा का इनवेस्टमेंट हुआ है। मैं आज आंध्र प्रदेश के आप सभी लोगों को फिर विश्वास दिलाता हूं, हमारी सरकार ऐसी हर संभावनाओं को साकार करने के लिए दिन-रात, ये डबल इंजन सरकार काम करती रहेगी।

साथियों,

आज आंध्र प्रदेश में हर सेक्टर में किस स्पीड से काम हो रहा है, इसका अंदाजा आप इस बात से लगा सकते हैं कि पिछली 3 यात्राओं में ही मैंने Two Lakh Crore Rupees के प्रोजेक्ट्स का शुभारंभ यहाँ किया है। मुझे खुशी है कि आंध्र की इस विकास यात्रा में ‘उत्तर आंध्र’ भी सशक्त हो रहा है। हम Visakhapatnam Economic Region, V.E.R को देश के बड़े औद्योगिक केंद्र के रूप में विकसित कर रहे हैं। हमारा लक्ष्य है, V.E.R एशिया का प्रमुख economic hub बने। ये एयरपोर्ट से लेकर सेमीकंडक्टर यूनिट तक इसी मिशन का हिस्सा है।

साथियों,

हमारी सरकार का मंत्र है- Investment से Employment, इसलिए सरकार ने अपनी तरफ से भी Investment बढ़ाया है और हम प्राइवेट सेक्टर को भी Investment के लिए प्रेरित कर रहे हैं। आप भी जानते हैं, जब Investment बढ़ता है, तो मैन्युफैक्चरिंग बढ़ती है, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग बढ़ती है, तो एक्सपोर्ट बढ़ता है, एक्सपोर्ट बढ़ता है, तो रोजगार के नए अवसर बनते हैं और रोजगार बढ़ता है, तो लोगों की आमदनी बढ़ती है, परिवारों की ज़िंदगी बेहतर होती है और आंध्र प्रदेश में हम यही होते देख रहे हैं।

साथियों,

मुझे पूरा विश्वास है, आज यहां जितने भी प्रोजेक्ट्स की शुरुआत हुई हैं, जिनकी नींव रखी गई हैं, वो सारे प्रोजेक्ट्स स्वर्ण आंध्रा और विकसित भारत के संकल्प को पूरा करने में बहुत बड़ा योगदान देंगे। चंद्रबाबू जी के नेतृत्व में आंध्र प्रदेश विकसित भारत के सपने को पूरा करने के लिए एक बहुत बड़ा ऊर्जा स्रोत बन रहा है। मैं एक बार फिर इन सभी परियोजनाओं के लिए आंध्र प्रदेश के लोगों को बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूँ।
