Congress leaders are filmy, their dialogues are also filmy. When the characters are filmy then the scene will also be filmy: PM Modi takes a dig at Congress leaders in Ratlam

Amidst his ongoing election campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a huge public meeting in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Witnessing the massive crowd, PM Modi remarked, “The tremendous wave of support for the BJP in Madhya Pradesh is truly remarkable. It's the BJP that has propelled Madhya Pradesh to great heights in agriculture, enhanced its road and rail infrastructure, fostered industrial growth, and transformed it into a center of modern education. This unwavering faith of the people in the BJP is a testament to our achievements."

“The sentiment prevailing today is that Madhya Pradesh is on the mind of Modi, and Modi is on the mind of Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, the MP is saying- ‘Phir Ek Baar, Bhajpa Sarkar’,” the PM added.

PM Modi criticized the Congress, stating that they rely on false promises, be it in the country or Madhya Pradesh, lacking a concrete development plan. He characterized Congress leaders as filmy and their announcements as filmy. He said, “And when the characters are filmy, then the scene will also be filmy. Here, a competition of tearing clothes is going on between two Congress leaders. And right now, this is the trailer of the film. After the victory of BJP on 3rd December, the real picture of Congress will be visible here; the real conflict of Congress will take place.”

PM Modi accused the Congress of being associated with massive scams, criminal dominance, the mistreatment of the poor, oppression of Dalits, backward classes, and tribals in the state. He claimed that Congress is incapable of truly representing Madhya Pradesh and is primarily focused on promoting dynastic politics.

Talking about the government’s initiatives, PM Modi asserted, “It is the BJP which planned to give free ration to the poor even during the Corona crisis. Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, free ration has been given to the poor in the country for the last three years. We have taken another decision related to free ration. It has been decided that the scheme providing free ration to 80 crore poor people will now be extended for the next 5 years.”

Emphasizing the schemes benefiting women in the state, PM Modi mentioned, "The Ujjwala Yojana has reduced the cost of gas cylinders by Rs 500 for its beneficiaries. Through the Har Ghar Jal Abhiyan, countless families in Madhya Pradesh now have access to tap water. Women have had bank accounts opened for them, and arrangements were made to ensure that every benefit reached those bank accounts. Ladli Behan Yojana and Ladli Lakshmi Yojana are also being praised all over the country today.”

In his address, PM Modi highlighted the achievements of the Modi government in the context of tribals. He mentioned that it was the BJP that acknowledged and honoured the contribution of tribal society to India's struggle for independence. The BJP government designated November 15, the birthdate of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, as Janjatiya Gaurav Divas.

“Recently, we celebrated the 500th birth anniversary of Rani Durgavati with great pomp. I have had the opportunity to lay the foundation stone of his grand memorial, a memorial of Gond culture, in Jabalpur. Today, India's most modern railway station is named after Rani Kamlapati,” he said.

Accusing the Congress party, PM Modi said, “There is no one in the country who Congress has never cheated. In every election, Congress brings a bunch of loan waivers. They did the same last time also. But the history of Congress is that it is not the farmers who benefit from Congress' loan waiver but only their people.”

He further said, “Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Rs 2,60,000 crores have been sent directly to the bank accounts of farmers across the country. The BJP government ensures farmers do not have to buy expensive urea and fertilizers. The bag of urea, which costs Rs 3,000 in foreign countries, today is available to Indian farmers for less than Rs 300. The BJP government is spending lakhs of crores of rupees on this also.”

PM Modi emphasized that the trust in the BJP is a result of its commitment to work in the best interest of all sections of society, every region, and every family. He declared that what he witnessed in Ratlam signifies a massive victory for the BJP.
