The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated Shri Sher Bahadur Deuba on being elected the Prime Minister of Nepal.

I conveyed my best wishes to Shri Deuba for peace, prosperity and progress in Nepal under his leadership", the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister highlights values of harmony and compassion on Good Friday

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, said that Good Friday reminds us of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Shri Modi expressed hope that the day deepens the values of harmony, compassion and forgiveness.

He said that brotherhood and hope should guide everyone.

In a X post, Shri Modi said;
