ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର 15, ଜନପଥଠାରେ ଡଃ ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରିବେ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସେ ଡଃ॰ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ସାମାଜିକ-ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର (DAICSET)ର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିବେ ।
“ଆସନ୍ତା କାଲି ଦିନ 11ଟା ବେଳେ ମୁଁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର 15 ଜନପଥଠାରେ ଡଃ ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରିବି । ଏହି ଅବସର ଆହୁରି ଅଧିକ ବିଶେଷତ୍ୱ ରଖେ କାରଣ ଏହି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଭିତ୍ତିପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ମୋତେ ମିଳିଥିଲା । ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ରାଜଧାନୀର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସ୍ଥଳରେ, ଏହା ଡଃ ଆମ୍ବେଦକରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ସମ୍ମାନ ହେବ ।
ଡଃ ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ହେଉଛି ବୌଦ୍ଧ ଏବଂ ସାମ୍ପ୍ରତିକ ସ୍ଥାପତ୍ୟ କଳାର ଏକ ସମ୍ମିଶ୍ରଣ । ଏଥିରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ଚକ୍ର ଏବଂ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ଗୃହ ମଧ୍ୟ ରହିଛି । ଏଠାରେ ତିନୋଟି ପ୍ରେକ୍ଷାଳୟ, ଏକ ବୃହତ୍ ପାଠାଗାର ଏବଂ ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଡିଜିଟାଲ ସଂଗ୍ରହାଳୟ ରହିଛି ।
ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ଡଃ ଆମ୍ବେଦକର ସାମାଜିକ-ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ରୂପାନ୍ତରଣ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର(DAICSET)ର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରାଯିବ । ଏହି ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଷୟରେ ଅଧିକ ଆଲୋଚନା, ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାଲୋଚନା, ଗବେଷଣା ଏବଂ ଯୁବ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୌଳିକ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରାକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବ,” ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

Tomorrow the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre For Socio-Economic Transformation (DAICSET) will be launched. This institution will show the way and further discussions on vital issues as well as encourage research, original thinking among the youth.
