ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ, ଆଜି ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଭବନଠାରେ ଭାରତ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ,2019ରେ ଉଦବୋଧନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।

ନିଜସ୍ୱ ବାସଗୃହ ଲାଗି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଭାରତୀୟ ପରିବାରର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ବାସ୍ତବ ରୂପ ଦେବା ଲାଗି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧତା ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତରେ ଦ୍ରୁତ ସହରୀକରଣ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଆବାସ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ଆହ୍ୱାନର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଅନୁଭୂତ ହେଉଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆବାସ ଯୋଜନା, ହୃଦୟ ଏବଂ ଅମୃତ ସମେତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଯୋଜନାର ଉଦେ୍ଦଶ୍ୟ ଆବାସିକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଆଣିବା । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଭୌଗଳିକ ସ୍ଥିତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତିକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ।

 

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ, ଶସ୍ତା ଆବାସ, ରିଅଲ ଇଷ୍ଟେଟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର, ଦକ୍ଷତା ବିକାଶ ଏବଂ ଆବାସିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ଉପରେ ବିଶେଷ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରାଯାଉଛି ।

ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କୁ 2022 ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ଆବାସ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ଲାଗି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ଦୋହରାଇଥିଲେ । ତାଙ୍କର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାଳ ସମୟରେ 1.3 କୋଟି ଆବାସ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ସେ କହିଥିଲେ । କ୍ଷମତା ବିସ୍ତାର ଏବଂ ଗରିବଙ୍କ ସହାୟତା ପାଇଁ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ଲାଗି ସେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଟିକସ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାରିତୋଷିକ ବଳରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଘର କିଣିବା ସରକାର ସହଜ କରି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ, ରିଅଲ ଇଷ୍ଟେଟ (ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଏବଂ ବିକାଶ) ଆଇନ, (ରେରା) ଡେଭଲପର୍ସଙ୍କଠାରେ ଗ୍ରାହକମାନଙ୍କ ବିଶ୍ୱାସକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛି । ଏହା ରିଅଲ ଇଷ୍ଟେଟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପାରଦର୍ଶିତା ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଣିଛି । 

 

ସେ କହିଥିଲେ, ବିଶେଷ କରି ଗ୍ରାମାଂଚଳରେ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଦକ୍ଷ ମାନବ ସମ୍ବଳ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରାଯାଇଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ-ନମନୀୟତା, ଶକ୍ତି ଦକ୍ଷତା ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ନବୋନ୍ମେଷ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରାଯାଉଛି ।

 

 

ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ଆବାସିକ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଏପରି ଏକ ମଂଚ ଯାହା ଭାରତର ନିର୍ମାଣ ପରିଦୃଶ୍ୟକୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରକୁ ଉନ୍ନୀତ କରାଇବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ । ଏପ୍ରିଲ 2019ରୁ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ 2020 ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅବଧିକୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପ୍ରଯୁକ୍ତି ବର୍ଷ ଭାବେ ପାଳନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ ।

The Prime Minister said that the SSB’s unwavering dedication reflects the highest traditions of service and that their sense of duty remains a strong pillar of the nation’s safety. He noted that from challenging terrains to demanding operational conditions, the SSB stands ever vigilant.
