The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi today spoke to Chief Minister Manipur, Shri N. Biren Singh and reviewed the situation due to a tragic landslide in the state.

The Prime Minister tweeted :

"Spoke to Manipur CM Shri @NBirenSingh Ji and reviewed the situation due to a tragic landslide. Assured all possible support from the Centre. I pray for the safety of all those affected.

My thoughts are with the bereaved families. May the injured recover soon"

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam applauding the effort and dedication of India's Youth:

"न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते ।

तत्स्वयं योगसंसिद्ध: कालेनात्मनि विन्दति ॥"

Shri Modi said that through continuous effort and dedication, our talents are honed and refined, and our youth is imbibing these very qualities and bringing glory to India.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

निरंतर प्रयास और साधना से हमारी प्रतिभा और निखरती है। आज हमारे युवा इन्हीं गुणों को आत्मसात कर दुनियाभर में देश का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं।
