PM attends Padma Awards ceremony

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has attended the Padma Awards ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan today.


In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;

"Today’s Padma Awards ceremony was another great opportunity to interact with the outstanding awardees, who are doing excellent work among people."

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasizing on respecting the diverse cultures of the world

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam:

“देशाचारान् समयाञ्जातिधर्मान् बुभूषते यस्तु परावरज्ञः।

स तत्र तत्राधिगतः सदैव महाजनस्याधिपत्यं करोति॥"

The Subhashitam emphasizes that respecting the diverse cultures of the world fosters a sense of trust and cooperation among people, and strengthens mutual understanding and brotherhood.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

दुनिया की अलग-अलग संस्कृतियों का सम्मान करने से लोगों के बीच विश्वास और सहयोग की भावना बढ़ती है। इससे आपसी समझ और भाईचारा और मजबूत होता है।
