PM Modi arrives in Sydney, Australia

After the historic visit to Papua New Guinea, PM Modi arrived in Sydney, Australia for a bilateral visit. During the two-day visit, PM Modi will hold talks with the Prime Minister of Australia H.E Anthony Albanese, and other leaders. He will also address the community program hosted and attended by the members of the Indian diaspora at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasising that knowledge can be gained only through devoted service to the Guru.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

"यथा खात्वा खनित्रेण भूतले वारि विन्दति।

तथा गुरुगतां विद्यां शुश्रूषुरधिगच्छति॥"

The Subhashitam conveys, that just as one must dig deep into the earth with hard work and patience to obtain water, in the same way, knowledge can be gained only through devoted service to the Guru, with faith, dedication, discipline, and sincerity.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

"यथा खात्वा खनित्रेण भूतले वारि विन्दति।

तथा गुरुगतां विद्यां शुश्रूषुरधिगच्छति॥"
