“राष्ट्रीय दिनानिमित्त व्हिएतनामच्या नागरिकांना शुभेच्छा. व्हिएतनामशी मित्रत्वाचे संबंध असून आम्ही ते जिव्हाळयाने जपले आहेत”, असे पंतप्रधानांनी म्हटले आहे.
