PM condoles the passing away of Shri JB Patnaik

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has condoled the passing away of Shri JB Patnaik.

"Shri JB Patnaik's contribution to Odisha's development will always be remembered. Saddened on his demise. Condolences to his family. Shri Patnaik will be remembered as a pillar of Odisha politics, a popular leader always connected with people's views and aspirations," the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the power of collective effort

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“अल्पानामपि वस्तूनां संहतिः कार्यसाधिका।

तृणैर्गुणत्वमापन्नैर्बध्यन्ते मत्तदन्तिनः॥”

The Sanskrit Subhashitam conveys that even small things, when brought together in a well-planned manner, can accomplish great tasks, and that a rope made of hay sticks can even entangle powerful elephants.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“अल्पानामपि वस्तूनां संहतिः कार्यसाधिका।

तृणैर्गुणत्वमापन्नैर्बध्यन्ते मत्तदन्तिनः॥”
