Prime Minister Modi concludes 3-day Japan visit

PM Narendra Modi’s Japan visit from November 10th to 12th was historic as the countries inked the landmark Civil Nuclear Agreement. The deal will give boost to combating climate change. Japan also agreed to set up skill development institutions in Gujarat, Karnataka and Rajasthan where 30 thousand people would be provided training over the next 10 years. Both countries agreed to combat all forms of terrorism and extremism. Key decisions were taken to further cooperation in investment and infrastructure.

Prime Minister Modi took a Shinkansen bullet train ride with his Japanese counterpart PM Shinzo Abe to Kobe. Shinkansen bullet train technology is to be used for Mumbai-Ahmedabad rail section.

The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, has extended his greetings to all personnel associated with the Sashastra Seema Bal on their Raising Day.

The Prime Minister said that the SSB’s unwavering dedication reflects the highest traditions of service and that their sense of duty remains a strong pillar of the nation’s safety. He noted that from challenging terrains to demanding operational conditions, the SSB stands ever vigilant.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;
