Floral tributes to the martyrs of Mahagujarat movement
With political will and people’s commitment for growth Gujarat has taken giant leap in all sectors of development: Chief MinisterChief Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to Indulal Yagnik at his statue in Ahmedabad today morning on the 52nd Formation Day of Gujarat.
The Chief Minister paid tribute to the martyrs of Mahagujarat movement at Sahid Smarak at Bhadra area. He said that Gujarat has not let the sacrifice of these martyrs, for the establishment of Gujarat, go in vain. Gujarat started its journey as a separate State 51 years back. “And today due to political will, people’s commitment for the growth and with the mantra of ‘Sauno Sath, Sauno Vikas’ (Collective Efforts, Inclusive Growth) the State has taken a giant leap in all sectors of development including agriculture, industries and services”, he said.
Minister of State Pradipsinh Jadeja, Ahmedabad Mayor Asit Vora, MP Dr. Kirit Solanki, MLAs from Ahmedabad city, AMC office bearers and citizens were present on the occasion.
