At the Pariksha Pe Charcha townhall, a student asked PM Modi how to identify their potential and select the right career path. Responding to the question, the PM said that knowing yourself was a difficult task and one way to know ourselves was to get out of our comfort zone and get in the challenge mode.

He also advised the youngsters to maintain a journal of all the things they do during a week, which he said would help students to know about their aptitude.
He added that one should not follow what everyone else was doing and choose a career suited to their interest and aptitude.
