Terming the killing of Indian soldiers at the hands of the Pakistan as dastardly and unacceptable, Shri Narendra Modi rebuked the Congress led UPA Government for being lax about border security and asked when the Government will wake up. He paid tributes to the soldiers who laid down their lives and offered condolences to the families of the soldiers.

Sharing his views on Twitter Shri Modi wrote, Dastardly ambush by Pakistan last night in the Chakan da Bagh area of Poonch leading to death of 5 Indian Soldiers is unacceptable. He went on to write, “My heartfelt condolences to the families of the brave Soldiers who laid down their lives in Poonch.”

Strongly attacking the UPA Government Shri Modi said, From China's intrusions to Pakistan's ambushes- UPA Government has been absolutely lax in securing Indian borders. When will Centre wake up?
