PM Modi arrives in Portugal

PM Narendra Modi arrived in Lisbon, Portugal. This marked the first leg of his three-nation tour. The PM would meet PM Antonio Costa and hold bilateral level talks to further escalate India-Portugal ties in host of sectors.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit subhashitam today, highlighting the divine and benevolent grace of Goddess Brahmacharini.

The Prime Minister wrote on X:

"मां ब्रह्मचारिणी के चरणों में कोटि-कोटि नमन! देवी मां सभी भक्तों पर अपनी कृपा बनाए रखें।

दधाना करपद्माभ्यामक्षमालाकमण्डलू।
देवी प्रसीदतु मयि ब्रह्मचारिण्यनुत्तमा॥"

The Goddess who holds a rosary and a water pot in her lotus-like hands—may that supremely exalted Goddess Brahmacharini be gracious to me.
