The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today hosted a farewell dinner at his residence in honour of the Outgoing Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Bikram Singh and Smt. Bubble Singh.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister Arun Jaitley, Minister of State for Defence Rao Inderjeet Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, and senior Government officers were present on the occasion.
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has paid tributes to Chandra Shekhar Azad on his birth anniversary. "His role in India’s quest for freedom is deeply valued and motivates our youth to stand up for what is just, with courage and conviction", Shri Modi stated.
