Mr. Laurent Fabius, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France called on the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi today. 

Prime Minister Modi conveyed condolences to the victims of recent terror attacks in France, and expressed India’s solidarity with the people of France.

Recalling his meeting with President Hollande on the sidelines of the G-20 Summit in Brisbane last year, Prime Minister Modi said that he is looking forward to his visit to France in April. 

Prime Minister Modi invited French companies to take advantage of India’s “Make in India” programme in various sectors, especially in view of the liberalized FDI regime in India.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the loss of lives in the blast in Delhi earlier this evening."Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones in the blast in Delhi earlier this evening. May the injured recover at the earliest. Those affected are being assisted by authorities. Reviewed the situation with Home Minister Amit Shah Ji and other officials", Shri Modi said.
