Hon'ble CM begins fast with his mother’s blessings

Ahmedabad: Saturday: Like every year Chief Minister Mr Narendra Modi today went to his mother to seek her blessings on his 62nd birthday, before beginning his 3-day fast.

Mr Modi went to his mother Hiraba, 92, seven in the morning. Hiraba is living a simple life with Mr Modi’s young brother Pankaj Modi who stays in a two room-kitchen government residence. Hiraba, with her natural motherly love, gave blessings to Mr Modi and gave him Tulsidasa’s version of Shri Ramcharit Manas.

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today congratulated Gukesh D on becoming the youngest world chess champion. He hailed his feat as Historic and exemplary.
