Taking a dig at Lalu Prasad Yadav and RJD, PM Modi said, “See how a leader insulted the Yaduvansh. Lalu ji, elections come and go but please do not forget these are the people who stood with you.” He dared the RJD Chief to tell people why he could not contest polls instead of making big statements.

Lambasting on Congress, the Prime Minister said, “Jayaprakash Narayan always fought corruption and his mission was to brighten India's future. It was during the Emergency imposed by Congress that Jayaprakash Narayan was sent to prison for raising voice against corruption.” Congress party, Shri Modi alleged played games with Narayan and was responsible for his demise. The PM also recalled Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia and said that he always stood for anti-Congress-ism but there were some who claimed to follow his ideologies now stood with Congress. PM Modi also quoted a few lines of Rastrakavi Dinkar –“Sinhasan Khali Karo Ki Janata Aati Hai.”

The Prime Minister made it clear that Bihar cannot be left in the hands of people who have looted the state. People of Bihar now wanted a change, they wanted development, stated the PM.
