PM conveys condolences over loss of lives in floods

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi spoke to Prime Minister of Nepal Shri Balendra Shah and conveyed his condolences on the loss of lives due to floods in Nepal. Shri Modi said that the people of India stand in solidarity with their sisters and brothers in Nepal during this difficult time.

He also reaffirmed that India is ready to provide all possible humanitarian assistance to Nepal, and Indian teams are coordinating closely with the Nepalese authorities on rescue and relief efforts.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

Spoke to Prime Minister Balendra Shah and conveyed condolences on the loss of lives due to the floods in Nepal. The people of India stand in solidarity with their sisters and brothers in Nepal at this difficult time.
