ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು 2017 ರ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 'ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಪರ್ವ'ವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಭಾರತೀಯರಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು . ಭಾರತದಿಂದ ಅಶುದ್ಧತೆ, ಬಡತನ, ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಮುವಾದವನ್ನು ತೊಲಗಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕ್ವಿಟ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಯಿತು , ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಯಶಸ್ಸು 125 ಕೋಟಿ ಭಾರತೀಯರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಗೆ ಭಾರತ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ತಲೆಬಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹವಾಮಾನವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮುಂದಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 9 ರಿಂದ ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ 'ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಸಿದ್ಧಿ - ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಧನೆ' ಎಂಬ ಮೆಗಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಮೋದಿ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ .
