Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam, seeks blessings of Maa Kaalratri

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, sought the blessings of Maa Kaalratri and prayed that her grace enriches everyone’s life with courage, resolve and success.

The Prime Minister said that the worship of the Goddess instils renewed self-confidence among devotees and fills everyone with a new sense of energy.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit verse-

“वामपादोल्लसल्लोहलताकण्टकभूषणा। वर्धन्मूर्धध्वजा कृष्णा कालरात्रिर्भयङ्करी॥”

The Prime Minister also shared a recital in praise of the Goddess.

In a post on X, Shri Modi said;

“मां कालरात्रि को नमन! उनके आशीष से सबका जीवन साहस, संकल्प और सफलता से समृद्ध हो यही कामना है।

वामपादोल्लसल्लोहलताकण्टकभूषणा।

वर्धन्मूर्धध्वजा कृष्णा कालरात्रिर्भयङ्करी॥”

“देवी मां की आराधना भक्तों में नए आत्मविश्वास का संचार करती है। उनकी साधना हर किसी को एक नई ऊर्जा से भर देती है।”

Both leaders reiterated the importance of keeping shipping lines open and secure in the interest of the whole world.

The two leaders reviewed progress on various initiatives aimed at strengthening India-Sri Lanka energy cooperation and enhancing regional security.

Prime Minister reiterated India’s firm commitment to work closely together in addressing shared challenges in line with India’s Neighbourhood First policy and MAHASAGAR Vision.
