ಅಷ್ಟಾಂಗ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಸುಭಾಷಿತಂ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ

ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಇಂದು ಬುದ್ಧ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯ ಶುಭ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭಗವಾನ್ ಬುದ್ಧನ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲವಾದ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು, ಅವರ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಗಾಢವಾಗಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸಿದರು. ಶಾಂತಿ, ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸದ್ಭಾವನೆಯ ಹಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುವ ಈ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಬುದ್ಧನ ಜೀವನ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಸುಭಾಷಿತವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು, ಗೌತಮ ಬುದ್ಧನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಒಳಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೊರಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸ್ವಯಂ-ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಎಂಟು ಪಟ್ಟು ಮಾರ್ಗ, ಸರಿಯಾದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ, ಸರಿಯಾದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ಶಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸರಣಿ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ:

"ಬುದ್ಧ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮೆಯ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು. ಭಗವಾನ್ ಬುದ್ಧನ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆ ಬಹಳ ಬಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಗಾಢವಾಗಿಸಲಿ."

"सभी देशवासियों को बुद्ध पूर्णिमा की असीम शुभकामनाएं। शांति, करुणा और सद्भावना के मार्ग पर चलने की प्रेरणा देने वाले इस पावन अवसर पर आइए, भगवान बुद्ध के जीवन मूल्यों को अपनाने का संकल्प दोहराएं।

नान्तर्बहिश्च लोकेषु त्वात्मानं दृष्टवान् क्वचित्।
आष्टाङ्गिकेन मार्गेण परमां शान्तिमाययौ॥"

According to Gautama Buddha, when a person understands that there is no permanent self-existing entity either within or outside and follows the Eightfold Path-right view, right intention and right conduct-then they become free from suffering and attain supreme peace.

PM Modi highlights India's defence transformation over the last decade

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has highlighted the significant transformation witnessed in India’s defence capabilities over the last decade.

Shri Modi said that India’s defence capabilities have undergone a major transformation, guided by the vision of self-reliance and powered by innovation, technology and indigenous manufacturing.

The Prime Minister noted that the progress made in the defence sector over the last 12 years reflects India’s growing focus on strengthening national security through self-reliance.

The Prime Minister further stated that India has strengthened its defence capabilities across air, land and sea, advanced indigenous technologies and built a stronger foundation for self-reliance and national security.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“India’s defence capabilities have witnessed significant transformation over the last decade, guided by the vision of self-reliance and powered by innovation, technology and indigenous manufacturing.
