ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ರ್ಯಾಲಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಯುವ ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಕ್ಯಾಡೆಟ್ ಆಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅವನದೇ ಸ್ವಂತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಚಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು. ಆದರೆ, ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಹೊಸ ಸ್ನೇಹ ಬೆಳೆದಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಪರಸ್ಪರರು ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಕಲಿತಿರಬಹುದೆಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಶಿಬಿರಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದ. ಅವರು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೂ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಒಳಿತು ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಶಿಬಿರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿತ ಈ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಗಳ ಬದುಕಿನುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಪ್ಸ್ ಎಂಬುದು ಕೇವಲ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ಏಕರೂಪತೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಏಕತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದು ಎಂದರು.
ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಏಳು ಮಹತ್ವದ ದಶಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಹಲವಾರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಇಂದು ನಾವು ಏನನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂಬರುವ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದೆಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಎನ್.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. 75ನೇ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಿಡುವ ಹೊತ್ತಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸುವಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಾಧ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಭಾರತದ ಯುವ ಜನರು ಈಗ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದರು. ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕಪ್ಪು ಹಣದ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ಭಾರತದ ಯುವಜನರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಭೀಮ್ ಆಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ, ಇತರರಿಗೂ ಈ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಸೇರುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಭಾರತದ ಯುವಜನರು ಏನಾದರೂ ನಿಶ್ಚಿಸಿದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಏನೂ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಜನ ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ, ಆದರೆ, ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದವರು ಕೂಡ ತಮ್ಮ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಆಧಾರ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಇದು ಭಾರತದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರ್ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಲ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೇರೆಯವರ ಕೈ ಸೇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದುದು ಈಗ ನೈಜ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ದೊರಕುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
