PM condoles passing away of versatile actor Irrfan Khan

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the passing away of versatile actor Irrfan Khan.

“Irrfan Khan’s demise is a loss to the world of cinema and theatre. He will be remembered for his versatile performances across different mediums. My thoughts are with his family, friends and admirers. May his soul rest in peace”, the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, visited and offered prayers at the Arulmigu Subramaniyaswamy Temple in Thirupparankundram, Madurai today.

During his visit to the sacred temple, the Prime Minister sought blessings for the peace, prosperity, and well-being of all citizens. The Prime Minister expressed his hope that Lord Murugan would continue to guide us with strength, courage, and wisdom.

The Prime Minister shared his sentiments with the invocation, "Vetrivel Muruganukku Arogara!"
