પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ 7મી સપ્ટેમ્બરથી શરૂ થઈ રહેલાલ રિયો 2016 પેરાલિમ્પિક્સમાં ભારતનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરનાર એથ્લેટ્સને શુભેચ્છા પાઠવી છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, “ભારતના લોકો 7મી સપ્ટેમ્બરથી શરૂ થઈ રહેલા રિયો 2016 પેરાલિમ્પિક્સમાં ભારત તરફથી ભાગ લેનાર આપણા એથ્લેટ્સને ઉત્સાહ અને પ્રોત્સાહન પ્રદાન કરશે. આપણે રિયો 2016 પેરાલિમ્પિક્સમાં ભાગ લેનાર આપણા રમતવીરોને સફળતા મળે તેવી શુભેચ્છા પાઠવીએ છીએ. મને ખાતરી છે કે આપણા રમતવીરો શ્રેષ્ઠ પ્રદર્શન કરશે અને આપણને ગર્વ અપાવશે.”
