The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi attended the Conference of Governors presided by the President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan today. He remarked that it is an important forum for discussions on how Governors can foster development and serve society.

The Prime Minister posted on X;

“Attended the Conference of Governors this morning. This is an important forum in which we discussed how Governors can foster development and serve society.”

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasizing on respecting the diverse cultures of the world

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam:

“देशाचारान् समयाञ्जातिधर्मान् बुभूषते यस्तु परावरज्ञः।

स तत्र तत्राधिगतः सदैव महाजनस्याधिपत्यं करोति॥"

The Subhashitam emphasizes that respecting the diverse cultures of the world fosters a sense of trust and cooperation among people, and strengthens mutual understanding and brotherhood.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

दुनिया की अलग-अलग संस्कृतियों का सम्मान करने से लोगों के बीच विश्वास और सहयोग की भावना बढ़ती है। इससे आपसी समझ और भाईचारा और मजबूत होता है।
