PM Modi salutes the courage of Shaheed Udham Singh on his martyrdom day

Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has said that he remembers and bows to Shaheed Udham Singh on his martyrdom day.

"The valour of Shaheed Udham Singh remains etched in the memory of every Indian. I bow to this brave son of India on his martyrdom day," the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam today, highlighting how continuous practice in thought, word, and action shapes one's character and direction in life.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

"कर्मणा मनसा वाचा यदभीक्ष्णं निषेवते।

तदेवापहरत्येनं तस्मात् कल्याणमाचरेत्॥"

Whatever a person continuously practices through their actions, thoughts, and words ultimately shapes their personality and draws them in that very direction; therefore, one should always give space only to beneficial subjects in one's thoughts and conversations.
