PM Modi meets several leaders on sidelines of COP21 in Paris

PM Narendra Modi today met several leaders on the sidelines of COP21 in Paris, France. PM Modi met French President François Hollande, PM Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan, President Maithripala Sirisena of Sri Lanka, President Jacob Zuma of South Africa and Bolivian President Evo Morales.

Shri Modi also met Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe, President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani, President of the United States Barack Obama and President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj.

The Prime Minister noted that this unwavering enthusiasm leads all those efforts to success which a person resolves to accomplish.

"कर्मशील और ऊर्जावान देशवासी ही राष्ट्र की सबसे बड़ी शक्ति हैं, जिनके परिश्रम से विकास की नई राहें तय होती हैं। इनके प्रयासों से देश समृद्धि, आत्मनिर्भरता और उन्नति के शिखर को छूता है।

अनिर्वेदो हि सततं सर्वार्थेषु प्रवर्तकः।

करोति सफलं जन्तोः कर्म यच्च करोति सः॥"
