Office Bearers of BJP Mahila Morcha call on PM

Smt. Vijaya Rahatkar, President, BJP Mahila Morcha, and fifteen women office bearers of Mahila Morcha, called on the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi today, on the occasion of International Women's Day.

The Prime Minister released a souvenir compiled by the BJP Mahila Morcha, titled "Hamaari Uplabdhiyaan," which highlights the achievements of the NDA Government.

Interacting with the gathering, the Prime Minister said that schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, and PAHAL (Direct Transfer of LPG Subsidy), are helping to end corruption, and will benefit women the most. He urged the Mahila Morcha to take this message to women across the country, and also to publicize various welfare schemes that have been announced in the recent Union Budget.

PM Modi highlights Economic Survey as a comprehensive picture of India’s Reform Express

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi said that the Economic Survey tabled today presents a comprehensive picture of India’s Reform Express, reflecting steady progress in a challenging global environment. Shri Modi noted that the Economic Survey highlights strong macroeconomic fundamentals, sustained growth momentum and the expanding role of innovation, entrepreneurship and infrastructure in nation-building. "The Survey underscores the importance of inclusive development, with focused attention on farmers, MSMEs, youth employment and social welfare. It also outlines the roadmap for strengthening manufacturing, enhancing productivity and accelerating our march towards becoming a Viksit Bharat", Shri Modi stated.

Responding to a post by Union Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman on X, Shri Modi said:
