Glimpses of Shri Narendra Modi’s ‘Vijay Vishwas rally’ in Vadodara

On the morning of 9th April, NDA’s Prime Ministerial candidate Shri Narendra Modi held the ‘Vijay Vishwas rally’ in Vadodara, after which he filed his nomination papers from the Vadodara Lok Sabha Constituency.

The rally, which started from the Kirti Stambh and culminated at the collector’s office, witnessed the presence of a massive crowd who had gathered to show their support for the BJP. Top ministers, BJP leaders and karyakartas were also present during the rally.

Shri Modi acknowledged the warm welcome given by the people of Vadodara and urged them to turn out in large numbers on April 30 and vote for the Lotus.

Prime Minister pays tribute to Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on his 100th birth anniversary

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, paid tribute to legendary Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on his 100th birth anniversary.

The Prime Minister said that Dr. Bhupen Hazarika’s voice carried the soul of Assam and the spirit of the Northeast to the entire nation. He noted that through his music, Dr. Hazarika beautifully gave expression to the thoughts and spirit of countless people and brought people closer.

Shri Modi warmly recalled attending the beginning of Dr. Hazarika’s birth centenary celebrations in Guwahati last year.

The Prime Minister said that Bhupen Da’s life and work will continue to inspire generations.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“On his 100th birth anniversary, remembering the legendary Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Ji.

His voice carried the soul of Assam and the spirit of the Northeast to the entire nation.

Through his music he beautifully gave expression to the thoughts and spirit of countless people. His songs brought people closer.

I warmly recall attending the start of his birth centenary celebrations in Guwahati last year. Bhupen Da’s life and work will continue to inspire generations.”
