On the afternoon of Wednesday 20th March 2013 Shri Narendra Modi met Mr. Hugo Swire, Minister of State in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, United Kingdom in Gandhinagar. Mr. Swire is visited Gandhinagar to be present at the signing of the Long Term LNG Contract between GSPC and British Gas.
British High Commissioner to India Mr. James Bevan was present during the meeting.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam underlining the importance of dedication and determined effort in accomplishing every goal:

The Prime Minister also said that the dream of India receiving its first hydrogen train has become a reality, marking a significant milestone in the nation's efforts to build a clean, green and future-ready transport system. He congratulated everyone associated with this remarkable achievement.
