బిమ్స్‌టెక్ దేశాల మధ్య సహకారానికి వివిధ అంశాలతో 21 సూత్రాల కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక.. ప్రధానమంత్రి ప్రతిపాదన

బిమ్స్‌టెక్ ఆరో శిఖరాగ్ర సదస్సును థాయిలాండ్‌లోని బ్యాంకాక్‌లో ఈ రోజు నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్బంగా బిమ్స్‌టెక్ సభ్యదేశాల మధ్య సహకారానికి సంబంధించిన వేర్వేరు అంశాలతో కూడిన 21 సూత్రాల కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికను ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ ప్రతిపాదించారు. బిమ్స్‌టెక్ దేశాల వాణిజ్య స్థాయిని పెంచాలని, సమాచార సాంకేతిక విజ్ఞాన (ఐటీ) రంగానికున్న వాస్తవ శక్తిసామర్థ్యాలను వినియోగించుకోవాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు. థాయిలాండ్, మయన్మార్‌లలో ఇటీవల భూకంపం వచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో విపత్తు నిర్వహణ రంగంలో అంతా కలసి పని చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని కూడా ఆయన విజ్ఞ‌ప్తి చేశారు. అంతరిక్ష రంగంలో మరింత కృషి చేయాలని, భద్రత వ్యవస్థను బలపరచుకోవాలని శ్రీ మోదీ స్పష్టం చేశారు. బిమ్స్‌టెక్‌కు ఉమ్మడి శక్తిని సమకూర్చడంతోపాటు ముందుండి నాయకత్వాన్ని వహించాల్సిందిగా యువజనులను ఆయన కోరారు.  సాంస్కృతిక సంబంధాలు బిమ్స్‌టెక్ సభ్యదేశాలను మరింత సన్నిహితం చేయగలవన్న ఆశాభావాన్ని కూడా ఆయన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

సామాజిక మాధ్యమం ఎక్స్‌లో ఆయన ఇలా రాశారు:

‘‘ప్రపంచ హితం కోరి పనిచేయడంలో బిమ్స్‌టెక్ ఓ ముఖ్య వేదిక. మనం దీనిని బలోపేతం చేసి, మన మధ్య అనుబంధాన్ని గాఢతరంగా మలచుకోవడం ఎంతైనా అవసరం. ఈ విషయంలో, నేను మన సహకారానికి సంబంధించిన విభిన్న అంశాలను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ ఒక 21 సూత్రాల కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికను ప్రతిపాదిస్తున్నాను.’’

‘‘బిమ్స్‌టెక్ దేశాల వాణిజ్య పరిధిని విస్తరించాల్సిన తరుణం ఆసన్నమైంది.’’

‘‘ఐటీ రంగానికున్న విస్తృత సామర్థ్యాన్ని మనం వినియోగించుకొంటూ, బిమ్స్‌టెక్‌ను సాంకేతికంగా దృఢతరంగా మారుద్దాం, రండి.’’

‘‘థాయిలాండ్, మయన్మార్‌లలో ఇటీవల ప్రభావాన్ని చూపిన భూకంపం విపత్తు నిర్వహణ రంగంలో కలిసికట్టుగా పని చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని స్పష్టం చేస్తోంది.’’

‘‘మనం మన సహకారాన్ని అంతరిక్షానికి కూడా విస్తరించుదాం. మన భద్రత వ్యవస్థను పటిష్టపర్చుకొందాం.’’

‘‘సామర్థ్యాన్ని పెంపొందించే కార్యక్రమాల అమలులో చక్కని ఉదాహరణగా మారగల సత్తా బిమ్స్‌టెక్‌కు ఉంది. మనమంతా ఒక దేశాన్ని చూసి మరొక దేశం నేర్చుకొంటూ ముందుకు దూసుకుపోదాం.’’

‘‘మనమంతా ఉమ్మడిగా బిమ్స్‌టెక్‌కు జవసత్త్వాలను అందించుదాం.  మన యువత దీనికి నాయకత్వం వహిస్తుంది.’’

‘‘ సంస్కృతి లాంటి పరస్పరం చెంతకు చేర్చగలిగే అంశాలు కొన్నే ఉంటాయి. సాంస్కృతిక సంబంధాలు బిమ్స్‌టెక్‌ను మరింత సన్నిహితం చేయాలని అభిలషిస్తున్నాను.’’

Prime Minister completes his self enumeration, appeals to citizens to self-enumerate their household details and participate in the Census process

Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi completed his self enumeration today, marking the beginning of the first phase of Census 2027, relating to house listing and housing operations. Shri Modi said that this census is the first time data collection is being done through digital means. It also empowers the people of India to self-enumerate their household details.

Shri Modi appealed to the people of India to self-enumerate their household details themselves and participate in the Census process.

The Prime Minister posted on X;

“Completed my self enumeration.

Today marks the beginning of the first phase of Census 2027, relating to house listing and housing operations. This census is the first time data collection is being done through digital means. It also empowers the people of India to self-enumerate their household details.

I appeal to the people of India to self-enumerate their household details themselves and participate in the Census process.”
