ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ న‌రేంద్ర మోదీ గురువారం ముంబ‌యి లో నౌకాద‌ళ జ‌లాంత‌ర్గామి ఐఎన్ఎస్ క‌ల్‌వ‌రీ ని దేశ ప్ర‌జ‌ల‌కు అంకితం చేయ‌నున్నారు.

ఐఎన్ఎస్ క‌ల్‌వ‌రీ డీజిల్ మరియు విద్యుత్ ఆధారంగా ప‌నిచేసే, దాడికి దిగే సామర్థ్యాన్ని కలిగివున్నటువంటి జ‌లాంత‌ర్గామి. ఈ సబ్ మరీన్ ను భార‌తీయ నౌకాద‌ళం కోసమని మ‌ఝ్ గావ్ డాక్ శిప్ బిల్డర్స్ లిమిటెడ్ నిర్మించింది. భార‌తీయ నౌకాద‌ళం లోకి చేర్చుకోబోయే ఈ తరహా ఆరు జ‌లాంత‌ర్గాముల‌లో ఇది ఒక‌టో జ‌లాంత‌ర్గామి. అంతేకాదు ‘మేక్ ఇన్ ఇండియా’ కార్య‌క్ర‌మంలో భాగంగా సిద్ధం చేసిన జ‌లాంత‌ర్గామి కూడా. ఫ్రాన్స్ స‌హ‌కారంతో ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును అమ‌లు చేయ‌డం జ‌రుగుతోంది.

ర‌క్ష‌ణ మంత్రి, మ‌హారాష్ట్ర ప్ర‌భుత్వంలో ముఖ్యులైన ఉన్న‌తాధికారులు మ‌రియు నౌకాద‌ళ సీనియ‌ర్ అధికారుల స‌మ‌క్షంలో ప్ర‌ధాన మంత్రి ఈ జ‌లాంత‌ర్గామిని నేవ‌ల్ డాక్ యార్డ్ లో అంకితం చేస్తారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఏర్పాటైన స‌భ‌లో ఆయ‌న ప్ర‌సంగిస్తారు. ఆయన జ‌లాంత‌ర్గామి లోకి వెళ్ళి దానిని ప‌రిశీలిస్తారు.
