“ప్రపంచ కవిత్వ దినం సందర్భంగా భావ వ్యక్తీకరణకు అద్భుత మాధ్యమమైన కవిత్వాన్ని ప్రజాదరణపాత్రం చేసేందుకు పాటుపడుతున్న కవులను.. వర్ధమాన కవులు మరియు లబ్ధప్రతిష్ఠులైన కవులను.. నేను అభినందిస్తున్నాను.
కవిత్వం మౌఖిక సంప్రదాయానికి గుండెకాయ. ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా అసంఖ్యాకమైన ప్రజలకు గొంతుకగా ఉంటోంది; వారిలోపలి చాలా గొప్పదైన సృజనాత్మకతను వెలికితీస్తోంది” అని ప్రధాన మంత్రి తన సందేశంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
