On 28th February, 2014, Shri Narendra Modi will speak at the ‘Bharatha Gellisi’ Rallies at two locations in Karnataka. Shri Modi will address the rally in Gulbarga at 12.30 pm and in Hubli at 3 pm.

Earlier this month, Shri Modi had also addressed massive rallies in Davangere and Mangalore in Karnataka.
