கடற்படையில் பணியாற்றும் இந்திய இளம்பெண்கள் மேற்கொண்ட கடல் மார்க்கமாக உலகை சுற்றிவரும் பயணம் "நவிகா சாகர் பரிக்ரமா" மகத்தானவெற்றி பெற்றதாகவும், நலிவடைந்த பின்னணியில் இருந்து வந்த இந்திய விளையாட்டு வீரர்களின் சாதனைகள் மெச்சத்தக்கதாக உள்ளதாகவும் பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி தெரிவித்துள்ளார். 72-வது சுதந்திர தினத்தை முன்னிட்டு தில்லி செங்கோட்டை கொத்தளத்தில் இருந்து நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு உரையாற்றிய அவர்,  இன்றைய தினம் இந்தியா தன்னம்பிக்கையில் சிறந்து விளங்குவதாக உறுதிபடக் கூறினார்.  சமீபத்தில் நிறைவடைந்த நாடாளுமன்ற கூட்டத் தொடர் சமூக நீதி நோக்கத்திற்காக அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்டதாக அமைந்தது என அவர் கூறினார். இந்தியா தற்போது உலகின் ஆறாவது பெரிய பொருளாதாரமாக உருவெடுத்துள்ளது என அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

சுதந்திர போராட்ட வீரர்கள் மற்றும் தியாகிகளுக்கு பிரதமர் அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினார். பாதுகாப்பு படைகள் மற்றும் காவல்படைகளின் வீரர்களுக்கு அவர் வணக்கம் செலுத்தினார். 1919ம் ஆண்டு பைசாகி தினத்தன்று நடைபெற்ற ஜாலியன்வாலா பாக் படுகொலையில் பலியான தியாகிகளைக் குறிப்பிட்டு அவர்களுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினார்.   நாட்டின் சில பகுதிகளில் வெள்ளத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்களுக்கு அவர் தமது ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலை தெரிவித்துக்கொண்டார்.

மகாகவி சுப்பிரமணிய பாரதியின் கருத்தைப் போல அனைத்து விதமான கட்டுப்பாடுகளில் இருந்தும் விடுதலை பெறுவதற்கான வழியை உலகத்திற்கு இந்தியா காண்பிக்கும் என அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இத்தகைய கனவை நிலைநாட்ட நாட்டின்  சுதந்திர போராட்ட வீரர்கள் பாடுபட்டதை பிரதமர் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார்.   ஏழைகளுக்கு நீதியும், அனைவருக்கும் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கான சமவாய்ப்புகளும் கொண்ட தேசத்தின் கனவை நனவாக்க பாபாசாஹேப் அம்பேத்கர் அனைத்தையும் உள்ளடக்கிய அரசியல் சட்டத்தை உருவாக்கினார் என்று பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். தேசத்தை கட்டமைப்பதற்காக இந்தியர்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்றுபட்டுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். மின்சாரம் கிராமங்களை சென்றடைவது, சமையல் எரிவாயு இணைப்பு, வீடுகள் கட்டுமானம், கழிவறை கட்டுமானம் போன்ற பல்வேறு துறைகளில் நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சியின் வேகம் உத்வேகம் அடைந்துள்ளதாக அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

விவசாயிகளுக்கு உயர்வான குறைந்தபட்ச ஆதரவு விலை, சரக்கு மற்றும் சேவை வரி, ஒரே பதவி ஒரே ஓய்வூதியம் உள்ளிட்ட நீண்ட காலம் நிலுவையில் இருந்த பிரச்சனைகளுக்கான முடிவுகளை மத்திய அரசு எடுத்துள்ளதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். தேச நலனுக்கு மத்திய அரசு அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் அளித்த்தால்தான் இது சாத்தியமானது என்று அவர் கூறினார்.

2013ம் ஆண்டுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில் சர்வதேச அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் முகமைகள் இந்தியாவை மாறுபட்ட கண்ணோட்டத்துடன் எவ்வாறு பார்க்கின்றன என்பது குறித்து பிரதமர் விளக்கினார்.  கொள்கை சீரழிந்த நிலையில் இருந்த நாடு தற்போது சீர்திருத்தம், செயல்பாடு, மாற்றம் என்ற நிலைக்கு மாறியுள்ளதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். பல்வேறு முக்கிய பலதரப்பு அமைப்புக்களில் இந்தியா தற்போது பல்வேறு சர்வதேச அமைப்புகளில் உறுப்பினராக உள்ளது என்பதுடன் சர்வதேச சூரியமின்சக்தி கூட்டணியில் முதன்மை இடத்தில் உள்ளது என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்கள் விளையாட்டுத் துறையில் சாதனைகள் படைப்பதாகவும், இந்த பிராந்தியத்தில் மின் இணைப்பு இல்லாத கடைசி கிராமத்திற்கும் மின் இணைப்பு வழங்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், இயற்கை விவசாயத்தின் தொகுப்பாக இந்த பிராந்தியம் விளங்குவதாலும் தற்போது வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்களின் சாதனைகள் பற்றிய செய்திகள் வெளிவருவதாக பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். முத்ரா கடன் திட்டத்தில் 13 கோடி கடன்கள் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும் இதில் நான்கு கோடி கடன்கள் இத்தகைய கடன்களை முதன்முறையாக பெறும் பயனாளிகளுக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும் பிரதமர் கூறினார்.

இந்தியா தனது விஞ்ஞானிகள் குறித்து பெருமிதம் கொள்வதாக பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். 2022ம் ஆண்டு இந்தியா தனக்கு சொந்தமான திறன்களைக்கொண்டு தொடங்கவுள்ள ககன் – யாம் என்ற விண்கலத்தில் மனிதன் விண்வெளிப் பயணம் மேற்கொள்வது பற்றிய திட்டம் குறித்து அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த விண்வெளிப் பயணம் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் பட்சத்தில் இந்த சாதனையை நிகழ்த்தும்  உலகின் நான்காவது நாடாக இந்தியா இருக்கும் எனவும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

2022ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் விவசாயிகளின் வருவாயை இரட்டிப்பாக்கும் தொலைநோக்கு பார்வை பற்றி குறிப்பிட்ட அவர், மிகக் கடினமான இந்தப் பணியை மேற்கொள்வதே நோக்கம் என்றார். உஜ்வாலா திட்டம் மற்றும் சௌபாக்யா திட்டம் போன்ற முயற்சிகள் மக்களுக்கு கண்ணியத்தை அளிப்பதாக அவர் கூறினார். தூய்மை இந்தியா இயக்கத்தில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள முன்னேற்றத்தை உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பு போன்ற அமைப்புகள் பாராட்டியுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

பண்டிட் தீனதயாள் உபாத்யாயாவின் பிறந்த நாளான வரும் செப்டம்பர் 25ம் தேதி பிரதமர் ஜன் ஆரோக்கிய அபியான் தொடங்கப்படுவதாக திரு நரேந்திர மோடி அறிவித்தார். இந்தியாவில் உள்ள ஏழைகளுக்கு நல்ல தரத்துடன் குறைந்த செலவில்  சுகாதார சேவையை உறுதி செய்வது முக்கியமாகும் என்று அவர் உறுதிபடக் கூறினார். இந்த திட்டம் சுமார் 50 கோடி மக்களுக்கு  பயனளிக்கும் என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

ஆறு கோடி போலி பயனாளிகள் நீக்கப்பட்டதன் மூலம் அரசு நலத்திட்ட உதவிகள் உரிய பயனாளிகளுக்கு எவ்வாறு சிறப்பான முறையில் சென்று சேர்கிறது என்பது குறித்து பிரதமர் விளக்கினார். இந்த நாட்டின் முன்னேற்றத்தில் நேர்மையான வரி செலுத்துவோருக்கு பெரும் பங்கு உள்ளது என்ற பிரதமர் அவர்களின் காரணமாகவே இத்தனை கோடி மக்களுக்கு உணவு அளிக்கப்படுவதுடன் ஏழைகளின் வாழ்க்கை முன்னேற்றம் அடைகிறது என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

ஊழல் செய்பவர்கள், கருப்பு பணம் வைத்திருப்பவர்கள் மன்னிக்கப்பட மாட்டார்கள் என அவர் உறுதிபடக் கூறினார். தில்லி தெருக்கள் அதிகாரத் தரகர்களிடம் இருந்து விடுபட்டுள்ளது என்பதுடன் தற்போது ஏழைகளின் குரல்கள் ஒலிக்கத் தொடங்கியுள்ளன என்றார் அவர்.

இந்திய ராணுவத்தில் குறைந்த கால பணிக்காக தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்ட பெண் அதிகாரிகள் வெளிப்படையான தெரிவு மூலம் நிரந்தரமான அதிகாரிகளாக  நியமிக்கப்பட அவர்கள் தகுதி பெறுவதாக  பிரதமர் அறிவித்தார்.

இஸ்லாமிய பெண்களுக்கு முத்தலாக் நடைமுறை பெரும் அநீதி இழைத்து வந்ததாக குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், அவர்களுக்கு நீதி கிடைப்பதை தாம் உறுதிசெய்ய பாடுபடப்போவதாக கூறினார்.

நாட்டில் இடதுசாரி தீவிரவாதம் குறைந்து வருவதாக பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் மாநிலத்தில் ஜனநாயகம், மனிதாபிமானம் தழைத்தோங்க முன்னாள் பிரதமர் அடல் பிஹாரி வாஜ்பாயி மேற்கொண்ட தொலைநோக்குடனான செயல்பாடுகளை தாம் பின்பற்றப்போவதாக பிரதமர் கூறினார்.

அனைவருக்கும் வீடு, மின்சாரம், உணவு, குடிநீர், சுகாதாரம், தூய்மை, காப்பீடு மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாடு அளிப்பதுடன் நாட்டு மக்கள் அனைவரையும் ஒருங்கிணைக்கும் தமது தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையை பிரதமர் வலியுறுத்தினார்.

இந்தியா முன்னேறுவது, அனைத்து மக்களுக்கும்  ஊட்டச்சத்துடன் கூடிய உணவு மற்றும் சிறந்த வாழ்க்கைத் தரம் அளிப்பது ஆகியவற்றைப் பார்க்க தாம் ஆர்வமுள்ளவனாகவும்,  பொறுமையற்றவனாகவும் இருப்பதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
