“உலக கழிப்பறை தினமான இன்று நாடு முழுவதும் தூய்மை மற்றும் சுகாதார வசதிகளை ஏற்படுத்த நாம் எடுத்துள்ள உறுதிமொழியினை மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்திக் கொள்வோம். கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில் இந்தியாவில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள சுகாதார வசதிகள் முன்னேற்றத்தின் வேகத்தை கண்டு நாம் பெருமை அடைவோம்.
தூய்மையான இந்தியாவை ஏற்படுத்தி மேம்பட்ட சுகாதார வசதிகளை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் இயக்கம் மக்களின் இயக்கமாகும். 130 கோடி இந்தியர்கள், குறிப்பாக பெண்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்கள் இந்த இயக்கத்தை முன்னிருந்து வழிநடத்துகின்றனர். தூய்மை இந்தியா கனவை நினைவாக்க பாடுபடும் அனைவருக்கும் எனது வாழ்த்துக்கள்.”
