PM Modi extends greetings on Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Granth Sahib

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi extended wishes on the occasion of Prakash Purab of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib today.

Shri Modi said that Sri Guru Granth Sahib motivates millions of people across the world to serve and care for others and further the bonds of brotherhood and harmony in society.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

"My greetings on the Parkash Purab of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

The Sri Guru Granth Sahib motivates millions across the world, inspiring people to serve and care for others. It also teaches us to further the bonds of brotherhood and harmony in our society. May its wisdom keep guiding us in our endeavours to make our planet better."

Prime Minister congratulates Mr. Andy Burnham on assuming office as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today extended congratulations to Mr. Andy Burnham on assuming office as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Shri Modi noted that India and the UK are bound by shared democratic values and enjoy wide-ranging cooperation across trade, investment, technology, defence, and people-to-people relations. With CETA entering into force this month, the Prime Minister pointed out that the bilateral partnership is poised to grow even stronger.

The Prime Minister stated that he looks forward to working closely with him to further deepen the India-UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and advance their shared Vision 2035.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister shared:
