Prime Minister remembers Sri Mannathu Padmanabhan on his birth anniversary

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi remembered Sri Mannathu Padmanabhan on his birth anniversary today. Shri Modi lauded him as a true visionary, who made relentless efforts to uplift society, empower women and remove human suffering.

In a post on X, Shri Modi wrote:

"Remembering Sri Mannathu Padmanabhan on his birth anniversary. He was a true visionary, who made relentless efforts to uplift society, empower women and remove human suffering. His emphasis on education and learning was also noteworthy. We remain committed to fulfilling his vision for our nation."

“ശ്രീ മന്നത്തു പത്മനാഭനെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ജന്മവാർഷികത്തിൽ അനുസ്മരിക്കുന്നു. സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ഉന്നമനത്തിനും സ്ത്രീശാക്തീകരണത്തിനും മനുഷ്യരുടെ ദുരിതങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നതിനും അശ്രാന്തപരിശ്രമം നടത്തിയ യഥാർഥ ദാർശനികനായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനും പഠനത്തിനും അദ്ദേഹം നൽകിയ ഊന്നലും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായിരുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ രാഷ്ട്രത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കാഴ്ചപ്പാടു നിറവേറ്റാൻ നാം പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധരാണ്.”

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had a telephone conversation today with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian.

President Pezeshkian briefed the Prime Minister on the recent developments in West Asia and the way forward.

Prime Minister welcomed the understanding reached, and reiterated India’s consistent position that all issues must be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy.
