The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, congratulated Manasi Nayana Joshi and Thulasimathi Murugesan for wining a silver medal in the women's doubles SL3-SU5 event at the Hangzhou Asian Para Games today.

He also praised their teamwork.

The Prime Minister posted on X:

"Congratulations to @joshimanasi11 and @Thulasimathi11 for their splendid Silver win in Women's Doubles SL3-SU5 event. Great teamwork and dedication by them!"

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam today, highlighting the virtues of instilling fearlessness and saving lives.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

"अभयस्यैव यो दाता तस्यैव सुमहत्फलम् ।

न हि प्राणसमं दानं त्रिषु लोकेषु विद्यते ॥"

Whoever takes away people's fear receives great blessings, and in all three worlds, there is no greater gift than saving a life.
